A partir desta segunda-feira (22), o Poder Judiciário da Bahia (PJBA) adota a versão mais atualizada do sistema do Processo Judicial Eletrônico (PJe). Novas funcionalidades serão incorporadas, além da possibilidade de desenvolvimento colaborativo entre Tribunais, soluções de inteligência artificial e melhorias no desempenho e na experiência de acesso.
A atualização para versão 2.1 faz parte do projeto estratégico da gestão do Desembargador Lourival Almeida Trindade, PJe TOTAL, conduzido pela Secretaria de Tecnologia da Informação e Modernização (Setim). A nova versão oferece funcionalidades como a opção de assinatura pelo celular, sem necessidade de uso do token; mais opções de configuração para os níveis de segredo e sigilo; possibilidade de copiar número do processo com apenas um clique; reformulação nos painéis do usuário, representante processual e na tela dos autos digitais.
O PJe é um software elaborado pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), a partir da experiência e com a colaboração de diversos tribunais brasileiros, com o objetivo de manter um sistema de processo judicial eletrônico capaz de permitir a prática de atos processuais e o acompanhamento do processo pelos magistrados, servidores e demais participantes da relação processual, independente de o processo tramitar na Justiça Federal, na Justiça dos Estados, na Justiça Militar dos Estados ou na Justiça do Trabalho.
A principal característica do PJe 2.1 é que apenas o núcleo do sistema fica na infraestrutura dos tribunais. Já as funcionalidades adicionais ficam disponibilizadas na nuvem do CNJ para que possam ser usufruídas por qualquer tribunal que faça uso da nova versão. O PJBA colabora com o projeto nacional do PJe através do Laboratório de Inovação e Inteligência do PJBA (LabJus).
Atualização – A atualização do sistema no Judiciário baiano acontece no próximo final de semana (19 a 21) e o sistema ficará indisponível das 0h de 19/02/2021 até as 23h59 de 21/02/2021. Atualmente, o PJBA usa uma versão do PJe baseada na versão 2.0, disponibilizada pelo CNJ em 2017. Desde então, passa por melhorias pela equipe técnica da Setim. Em 2019, o CNJ lançou a versão nacional 2.1 do sistema PJe, com uma nova arquitetura e novo modelo de desenvolvimento.
