Região Norte possui a maior concentração de negativados com destaque para Roraima, Amapá e Tocantins

O Indicador de Inadimplência do Produtor Rural da Serasa Experian revelou que, em março deste ano, 27,4% desses trabalhadores estavam com o nome em vermelho no país. A fotografia analisada mostra que houve uma oscilação de 0,4 pontos percentuais em comparação com o último levantamento, feito em novembro de 2022.
Para o head de agronegócio da Serasa Experian, Marcelo Pimenta, considerando o nível nacional do estudo, o percentual de inadimplência indicado não deve ser visto como algo alarmante para o setor. “Mesmo com os reflexos da instabilidade econômica, o agronegócio continua se mostrando como um dos principais motores econômicos do país”. Pimenta também reforça que “a inadimplência é um fator financeiro que acontece em todas as áreas e, quando olhamos para a fatia do agro, podemos perceber sua baixa representatividade. A maior parte dos produtores rurais brasileiros conseguem evitar a negativação e continuam gerando empregos, cultivando e expandindo seus ganhos e mitigando os riscos de suas negociações”.
“É importante ressaltar que esse índice considera todas as dívidas do Produtor no mercado, ou seja, se um produtor está adimplente com uma Revenda ou uma Cooperativa, porém possui dívida no cartão de crédito ou numa financeira, será considerado inadimplente. Adicionalmente, este estudo avalia todos os segmentos de Produtores, do familiar ao grande exportador”, explica o head de agronegócio da Serasa Experian.
Região Norte registrou a taxa de inadimplência mais expressiva do país
Ainda em março deste ano, os dados do índice também revelaram que a região Norte teve a maior taxa de inadimplência do país, marcando 38,7%. Em sequência estava o Nordeste, com 32,8% dos produtores rurais negativados e o Centro-Oeste, com 31,5%. No Sudeste e no Sul o cenário é ameno, com as regiões registrando 25,0% e 15,6%, respectivamente.
Em nível estadual, lugares como Roraima, Amapá, Amazonas e Tocantins têm os percentuais mais alarmantes. Confira no gráfico abaixo os dados completos por Unidade Federativa:

O levantamento demonstrou que fatores como a idade e a renda mensal dos produtores rurais influenciam diretamente no nível de inadimplência. De acordo com os dados, a negativação diminui com a idade, principalmente a partir dos 51 anos. Veja no gráfico abaixo:

Para oIndicador de Inadimplência do Produtor Rural da Serasa Experian, atualizado em março de 2023, foram analisados cerca de 9 milhões de perfis de pessoas físicas que constam no Cadastro Positivo e que sejam donos de propriedades rurais e/ou que possuam empréstimos e financiamentos da modalidade rural e/ou agroindustrial distribuídos em todas as 27 Unidades Federativas do país
