Uma pesquisa realizada pela Onlinecurrículo, plataforma de currículos online, entrevistou 500 brasileiros de todas as regiões do país para entender a relação dos trabalhadores com a alimentação saudável. Os dados apontam que 63% dos entrevistados sentem que se alimentam de forma balanceada diariamente no trabalho. No entanto, alguns comportamentos cotidianos podem servir como entraves para que se consiga fazer refeições mais nutritivas.

Para 54% dos respondentes, a tentação por lanches e alimentos rápidos é o principal hábito que dificulta seguir uma vida mais saudável, no ambiente profissional. Além disso, a postura diante do estresse ou da ansiedade durante a jornada podem levar a escolhas impulsivas, comportamento que afeta 29% dos brasileiros ouvidos. Dentre as demais atitudes que interferem na adoção de comidas mais controladas, estão: a desorganização pessoal (26%) e a preguiça ou falta de motivação (24%).

De acordo com a especialista em carreiras da Onlinecurrículo, Amanda Augustine, a busca por uma alimentação saudável está presente na vida dos brasileiros, contudo, é mais complicado manter esse estímulo à vista de contratempos no trabalho.

“Esses dados mostram a dificuldade que muitos trabalhadores brasileiros enfrentam ao tentar priorizar refeições mais saudáveis em meio às demandas do trabalho. Embora exista a intenção de comer melhor, a realidade de lidar com longas jornadas, um ambiente de trabalho estressante e horários imprevisíveis frequentemente atrapalham esses esforços. Não se trata apenas de desafios externos, como a falta de tempo ou a pressão no ambiente de trabalho; hábitos pessoais e motivação também são fatores essenciais para manter um estilo de vida mais saudável”, explica Augustine.

Cardápio de lanches: industrializados e naturais

Na prática, o maior desafio para manter uma alimentação saudável no trabalho é a falta de tempo para a preparação de refeições, segundo 43% dos respondentes. Levar comida ou refeições completas de casa  muitas vezes dão lugar a lanches que não podem substituir um almoço ou um café, mas sim complementar a alimentação diária. Para os entrevistados há dois tipos preferidos de comidas rápidas para saborear no expediente.

Os lanches naturais, e talvez orgânicos, ficam bem pouco à frente de produtos industrializados no cardápio do brasileiro, durante o trabalho. As frutas frescas são preferência de 40,20% dos participantes, quase empatando com bolachas ou biscoitos (40%).

O ranking dos lanches mais consumidos ao longo do serviço tem um certo equilíbrio. De um lado aparecem alimentos como sanduíches (30%), salgados assados (27%), iogurtes (19%), oleaginosas (13%) e barrinhas de proteína (10%). Do outro lado, o que pode indicar uma escolha menos balanceada, estão: salgados fritos (18%), doces (18%) e snacks prontos (10%).

“Os números mostram uma inclinação dos brasileiros pela busca de uma vida mais saudável no trabalho. Aliada com a motivação pessoal, o oferecimento de subsídios mais adequados por parte das empresas pode beneficiar tanto os empregadores quanto a longevidade e bem-estar do colaborador”, finaliza Augustine, especialista em carreiras na Onlinecurriculo.

Metodologia

Entre os dias 19 e 23 de setembro de 2024, a Onlinecurriculo ouviu 500 pessoas de diversos segmentos produtivos, faixas etárias, classes sociais e regiões do país. Mulheres e homens foram entrevistados individualmente, respondendo às perguntas por meio de questionário estruturado em formato online.
