Ataques hackers e vazamentos de dados estão cada vez mais comuns, ainda mais com diversas tecnologias surgindo e também, com a falta de segurança das senhas pessoais de alguns usuários. De acordo com levantamento da empresa de cibersegurança NordPass, a senha mais usada por brasileiros é “123456”, seguida de “brasil”. Tal desatenção a respeito da segurança de suas senhas torna os usuários alvos desses ciberataques. Isso acende um alerta para empresas que armazenam dados de login de clientes ficarem atentos a segurança de seus servidores a fim de evitar vazamento de dados, afinal, o Brasil ficou em 12º lugar entre os países que mais tiveram episódios de vazamento de dados em 2022, segundo dados da empresa de privacidade SurfShark.
Rogério Athayde, CTO da keeggo, fornecedora de soluções de tecnologia para negócios, destaca que a pandemia acelerou a digitalização dos processos, o que também acarretou em mais dados e sistemas expostos ao cibercrime. Pensando nisso, o especialista traz três dicas que contribuem para as empresas aumentarem sua proteção de dados e evitar expor seus clientes:
1 – Autenticação em dois fatores:
A fim de incentivar seus clientes na construção de senhas mais fortes, é importante que as empresas ofereçam a opção de ativar a autenticação de dois fatores. O recurso oferece uma camada extra de proteção contra hackers, uma vez que solicita ao usuário uma segunda informação segura, além do login e senha, antes de liberar o acesso de fato.
2 – Política e conscientização para criar senhas seguras
Já é comum que, ao criar um cadastro online, o usuário receba da empresa dicas de como criar uma senha forte, combinando caracteres e alternando informações. Esse é um passo fundamental na criação de acessos seguros que não pode deixar de ser priorizado. É primordial que as organizações implementem e incentivem uma política e conscientização voltada para esse cuidado, com alertas e dicas constantes de como criar senhas e como se proteger de ataques e vazamentos de dados.
3 – Gestão de identidade e controle de acesso
Com o avanço da tecnologia, medidas inovadoras de segurança têm surgido e possibilitado a proteção de dados dos usuários, e das empresas, de acordo com seu cadastro, ou nível, dentro da plataforma.
