Alta na renda foi maior nas regiões Centro-Oeste e Nordeste

Os rendimentos habituais reais médios do trabalho aumentaram 7,4% no primeiro trimestre de 2023, na comparação com o mesmo período do ano passado. Porém, este resultado aponta a desaceleração da recuperação da renda.
De acordo com a PNAD contínua, que registra dados por amostra de domicílios no país, o estudo realizado pelo IPEA sinaliza que a renda média habitual real, ou seja aquele descontado pela inflação, é de R$ 2.900 no primeiro trimestre deste ano, próximo dos R$ 2.910 observados em dezembro de 2019, período imediatamente anterior à pandemia da Covid-19.
Entende-se por rendimento habitual como aquele recebido por empregados, empregadores e trabalhadores por conta própria, mensalmente. As estimativas realizadas pelo IPEA mostram que o rendimento habitual médio real em abril deste ano (R$ 2.909) foi 0,5% menor que o observado no mês anterior (R$ 2.923) e 0,6% menor que o registrado em dezembro de 2022 (R$ 2.928).
Maiores aumentos na renda foram registrados entre trabalhadores jovens adultos (faixa etária de 25 a 39 anos) e com ensino superior.
O crescimento de renda nominal foi menor para quem mora no sul do país e em regiões não metropolitanas, tem mais de 60 anos, ensino fundamental completo e é chefe de família.
Por outro lado, a alta na renda foi maior nas regiões Centro-Oeste e Nordeste.
No recorte de gênero, as mulheres tiveram um crescimento salarial interanual maior que o masculino no primeiro trimestre de 2023.
Ainda que a renda real possa estar menor do que há dois meses atrás, o aumento da renda nominal (ou seja, aquela que não leva em consideração a inflação), confirma a consolidação da recuperação da renda neste período.
Trabalhadores do setor privado tiveram o menor crescimento no rendimento, ao passo que trabalhadores do setor público registraram elevação da renda neste período, com alta de cerca de 5,5% da renda habitual.
Trabalhadores informais, mais atingidos pela pandemia, são os que agora mostram crescimento da renda. Estes setores que registram maior elevação são agricultura, comércio, serviços pessoais e coletivos, alojamento e alimentação.
Por outro lado, setores bastante informais, como construção e transporte, registram sinais de menor crescimento da renda.
