O período de matrícula da rede estadual de ensino para o ano letivo de 2025 será iniciado, em toda a Bahia, na segunda-feira (13) e se estende até 21 de janeiro, de forma totalmente on-line. O primeiro dia é reservado exclusivamente para a solicitação de matrícula de Pessoas com Deficiência (PcD). Com o intuito de agilizar o processo, a Secretaria da Educação do Estado (SEC) orienta aos interessados que criem uma conta na plataforma http://ba.gov.br em nome do estudante e, no dia reservado para a sua matrícula, acesse o sistema para solicitar a vaga na escola, especificando a série e o turno desejados.
Os pais, responsáveis e estudantes devem ficar atentos às datas do cronograma de matrícula, que está escalonado por grupos. O segundo dia, terça-feira (14), será dedicado para a transferência de estudantes matriculados em escola estadual e com frequência regular no ano letivo de 2024, mas que não renovou a matrícula ou pretende se transferir para outro colégio estadual.
Nos dias 15 e 16, deverão ser realizadas as solicitações de vagas para os alunos que concluíram o 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental em escola municipal e vão se matricular no 6º ano em escola estadual ou concluíram o 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental em escola da rede municipal em 2024 e buscam vaga no 1º ano do Ensino Médio. O dia 17 de janeiro está reservado para a matrícula de estudantes de todas as rede de ensino em todas as ofertas do Ensino Fundamental. Já nos dias 20 e 21 de janeiro será a vez dos estudantes de todas as redes solicitarem vaga para o Ensino Médio
Orientações e documentação – Após solicitar a matrícula no portal http://ba.gov.br, a pessoa interessada ou seu responsável deve comparecer à unidade escolar, em até cinco dias úteis, para apresentar os documentos obrigatórios, que incluem Histórico Escolar (original), RG ou Certidão de Registro Civil, CPF, comprovante de residência atualizado e Carteira de Vacinação (para alunos até 18 anos). A SEC reforça a importância de cumprir os prazos e apresentar a documentação completa para garantir a vaga na unidade escolar e turno desejados e, consequentemente, ter acesso aos programas sociais oferecidos pela rede.
