Objetivo é melhorar o desempenho e a produtividade

O Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (Senai) informou nesta segunda-feira (10) que deverá atender neste ano 10,8 mil micro, pequenas e médias empresas (MPMEs) de todo o país, para que melhorem o desemprenho e a produtividade. No ano passado, cerca de 8 mil MPMEs receberam esse tipo de serviço, que envolve consultorias para aumento da eficiência energética, tecnologias da indústria 4.0, internet das coisas, manufatura enxuta, entre outras.
No ano passado, mais de 6,5 mil atendimentos foram voltados para o aumento da eficiência energética, manufatura enxuta e transformação digital. Outras 1,2 mil empresas participaram do processo de validação e receberam tecnologias da indústria 4.0, como internet das coisas e inteligência artificial.
O serviço, realizado no âmbito do programa Brasil Mais Produtivo, do Ministério do Desenvolvimento, Indústria, Comércio e Serviços (MDIC) registrou aumento de 27,75% de produtividade nas empresas que receberam consultorias sobre manufatura enxuta e redução de 17,95% no consumo de energia para quem recebeu atendimento sobre eficiência energética.
“Em 2025, a meta é realizar cerca de 10,8 mil atendimentos, sendo 7.689 com consultorias e 3.120 com tecnologias de fábricas inteligentes”, informou o Senai.
Entre os serviços prestados, há a possibilidade de realização de um plano de transformação digital completo, com acesso a linhas de crédito com condições exclusivas para o programa, no caso das médias empresas.
Para as pequenas, há o apoio para ações de transformação digital, para o desenvolvimento soluções envolvendo tecnologias da indústria 4.0, com baixo custo e alto impacto na gestão e no processo produtivo.
“Empresas que desenvolvem tecnologias podem submeter as propostas aos institutos Senai para receber até 70% do custo de desenvolvimento e aplicação de soluções 4.0. Com o resultado e o recurso, que é não reembolsável, as empresas têm até 15 meses para desenvolver e aplicar as tecnologias”, informou o Senai.
A chamada mais recente, em parceria com a Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos (Finep), teve 33 projetos aprovados, que vão receber R$ 16,8 milhões, com a previsão de beneficiar 971 MPMEs.
Brasil Mais Produtivo
O “Brasil Mais Produtivo” ter o objetivo aumentar a produtividade de MPMEs por meio de cursos, materiais e ferramentas de produtividade e transformação digital. Até 2027 serão destinados R$ 2 bilhões para as consultorias, além de desenvolvimento e aplicação de novos tecnologias e formação profissional dos trabalhadores e gestores das empresas.
A meta é atender presencialmente 93 mil empresas. Para as micro e pequenas, os atendimentos são gratuitos e, para as médias, subsidiados.
Para participar, os empresários devem acessar o site do Brasil Mais Produtivo ou da Plataforma Inovação para a Indústria. Além das consultorias, as empresas recebem cursos de aperfeiçoamento profissional para os empregados e gestores, a fim de perpetuar o conhecimento e as ações repassadas pelos consultores.
