A ação é um dos frutos da parceria do Planserv, Hospital de Brotas e Assembleia Legislativa do Estado da Bahia (ALBA) para estimular os cuidados preventivos com a saúde do funcionalismo público da Bahia.
Durante três dias, de 26 a 28 de agosto, servidores do Governo do Estado tiveram acesso a uma estrutura completa que incluiu aferição de pressão arterial, consultas ginecológicas, análise corporal por bioimpedância, exames de ultrassonografia, além de sessões de massoterapia, auricoloterapia e orientações sobre a saúde. O ambiente, montado em um espaço acolhedor e equipado com tecnologia avançada, reforçou a proposta de aproximar a prevenção do cotidiano dos trabalhadores, evitando deslocamentos e facilitando o cuidado integral.
Mariana Barretto, coordenadora administrativa do Hospital de Brotas, destacou o impacto da iniciativa: “No total, foram 540 atendimentos. Esse evento ajuda bastante os profissionais do Planserv e os beneficiários, no cuidar da saúde sem precisar se deslocar do ambiente de trabalho. Além disso, a gente consegue, junto com o Hospital de Brotas, trazer oportunidade para a realização de consultas e exames, além de orientações para acesso à nossa rede de serviços.”
Um dos pontos altos do evento foi a carreta equipada com mamógrafo 100% digital, que garante diagnósticos rápidos e precisos. “Estamos falando de mulheres que saem daqui já encaminhadas para tratamento, se necessário. Esse é um diferencial que garante rapidez e segurança para as pacientes”, explicou a enfermeira Fabiana Leite, coordenadora do Programa Saúde em Evidência.
Acolher para prevenir
A superintendente do Planserv, Socorro Brito, ressaltou a importância de unir acolhimento e alerta à prevenção: “Cada posto montado aqui foi pensado para acolher as pessoas e dar um alerta de que elas precisam se cuidar. Não se trata apenas de procurar ajuda diante de uma doença, mas de valorizar a saúde de forma integral. Essa missão nos faz avançar em serviços que garantem modernidade e acesso, com a parceria do Hospital de Brotas, exclusivo para nossos beneficiários.”
Prestigiando o evento, a presidente da ALBA, Ivana Bastos, também esteve presente e fez questão de enaltecer o programa, reforçando a parceria da Casa Legislativa: “Quando a gente vê a magnitude desse programa, com uma carreta equipada e tanta gente sendo atendida, é a prova de que estamos cuidando de gente, porque gostamos de gente. A prevenção precisa chegar até as pessoas, para que elas façam exames com equipamentos de ponta e tenham diagnósticos mais rápidos e precisos. A palavra é gratidão e reafirmo que a ALBA está de portas abertas para iniciativas como essa que salvam vidas e aproximam a saúde de quem mais precisa.” Encantada com os serviços, demonstrou vontade de encaixar na sua agenda um momento para usufruir das terapias oferecidas na ação.
Para a diretora de Promoção à Saúde da ALBA, Laura Letícia Mascarenhas, a ação reforça o reconhecimento aos servidores: “É muito importante ter um diagnóstico e poder cuidar, promovendo saúde para os trabalhadores, que se sentem acolhidos e valorizados.”
Entre os atendidos, a servidora Cláudia Lima, de 45 anos, assistente administrativa, ressaltou a praticidade do evento: “É muito importante porque eu não tenho muito tempo de sair para fazer exames e, aqui, próximo do meu trabalho, ficou muito mais fácil. Fiz os exames ginecológicos, participei da massagem e aproveitei todos os serviços. O atendimento foi maravilhoso, estão todos de parabéns.”
Com atendimentos médicos, exames, práticas integrativas e espaços de escuta, o Saúde em Evidência reafirmou o papel social do Planserv e do Hospital de Brotas, unidade exclusiva para beneficiários do plano. Mais do que um evento, foi um gesto de compromisso coletivo com a saúde, traduzindo em cada atendimento a essência de agregar, agradar e informar com humanidade e responsabilidade social.
