A Câmara de Dirigentes Lojistas Brumado (CDL/Brumado) realizou, na noite da última terça-feira (17), o evento “Mulheres Empreendedoras Associadas”, em celebração ao mês das mulheres. A iniciativa destacou trajetórias femininas que impactam diferentes setores da cidade, reforçando o papel das mulheres no desenvolvimento social, econômico e comunitário do município, reconhecendo histórias marcadas por superação e protagonismo.
Tendo à frente a presidente da Entidade, empresária Denize Coelho Milhazes Rocha, com apoio da Diretora da CDL Jovem, Catiusca Silva Fernandes Caires, e das titulares do Conselho Fiscal Maria Luiza Santos Ferreira
e Clarice da Silva Teixeira Andrade, o “Mulheres Empreendedoras Associadas”, foi idealizado com objetivo de celebrar a importância da presença feminina à frente do comércio varejista e de serviços, evidenciando histórias de sucesso que inspiram novas gerações e promovem maior equidade no ambiente de negócios e incentivar o crescimento pessoal e profissional.
A programação oficial do “Mulheres Empreendedoras Associadas” prestou homenagens especiais à empresária Maria Sônia Meira Gomes, de O Boticário, pelo pioneirismo, tendo sido a primeira mulher a presidir a CDL, eleita em 2004 e reeleita em 2005. Nos quatro anos à frente da Entidade, a empresária Maria Sônia Meira Gomes, que ocupou outros cargos na estrutura administrativa da Entidade, contribuiu para o processo de modernização e significativos avanços nas políticas internas de transparência e eficiência que seguem sendo o norte para a atual gestão. Também foi homenageada a loja de eletrodomésticos Squaresom, primeira empresa assinar a ficha de filiação à CDL quando de sua fundação, em novembro de 1975. A empresa foi representada por Tatiana Amorim da Silva, herdeira do empreendimento.
A empresária e o empreendimento, segundo a presidente da Entidade, Denize Milhazes, foram homenageadas em reconhecimento à importância de suas contribuições para a história e o fortalecimento do comércio local.
A programação do “Mulheres Empreendedoras Associadas” teve como destaque palestras que trouxeram diferentes perspectivas sobre o empreendedorismo feminino. A Psicóloga Vanessa Santana Oliveira, Analista de Negócios da Unidade Vitória da Conquista do Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas na Bahia (Sebrae/BA), apresentou iniciativas e oportunidades voltadas ao fortalecimento dos pequenos negócios. Já a Jornalista, Comunicadora e Especialista em Desenvolvimento Humano – Mentora de Empreendedoras Daniela Coelho Milhazes Soriano destacou a importância do posicionamento e da identidade para consolidar a presença da mulher no mercado. Encerrando o ciclo de palestras, a Neuropsicóloga Cláudia Valério Pinheiro Aguilar abordou os desafios emocionais enfrentados pelas empreendedoras e ressaltou a força necessária para superar barreiras e conquistar espaço no cenário empresarial.
O evento foi marcado não apenas pelas homenagens e palestras, mas também por momentos de convivência e celebração. A programação incluiu espaços de interação e networking, além de apresentações musicais e um buffet especial, criando um ambiente propício para fortalecer conexões e valorizar o protagonismo feminino no comércio de Brumado.
No encerramento, a presidente da CDL, Denise Coelho Milhazes Rocha, agradeceu às empreendedoras que participaram do encontro e estendeu as homenagens às que, por diferentes motivos, não puderam comparecer. A dirigente reforçou o compromisso da Entidade com seus associados e destacou a importância da união do setor para o fortalecimento do desenvolvimento econômico e social de Brumado.
A presidente da CDL, Denise Coelho Milhazes Rocha, aproveitou a ocasião para anunciar que já está em elaboração o Calendário de Eventos, Cursos e Ações previstos para 2026. A iniciativa reforça o compromisso da Entidade em oferecer capacitação, fomentar oportunidades de negócios e fortalecer o comércio local ao longo do ano.
A solenidade festiva contou com a presença da primeira-dama Abiara Meira Dias e da esposa do vice-prefeito, Médica Pediatra Thamirys Anna Dias Macedo Abreu, que reforçaram o compromisso institucional do Governo Municipal de manter o diálogo permanente com a Entidade e seus associados. O gesto simbólico, marcado por abraços e manifestações de apoio, destacou a intenção de colaborar na construção de políticas públicas voltadas ao fortalecimento das atividades produtivas, com impacto direto na geração de oportunidades, empregos e renda para a comunidade.
