Nova Unidade reforça a atuação estratégica da Entidade no interior do Estado e promove o fortalecimento da gestão de pessoas na região

A Associação Brasileira de Recursos Humanos – Seccional Bahia (ABRH Bahia) deu mais um passo importante em sua expansão regional com a inauguração do Núcleo Sudoeste, sediado em Vitória da Conquista. A iniciativa fortalece a presença da Entidade no interior do Estado, que já conta com Núcleos nas regiões Sul, Oeste e em Feira de Santana, além da sede em Salvador.
Para Jamaica Cabral, Diretora Geral do novo Núcleo e gestora de RH da Cabral & Souza, a chegada da Associação representa um marco no fortalecimento da gestão de pessoas no Sudoeste baiano. “A ABRH traz uma rede rica de conhecimento, troca de experiências e valorização dos profissionais de RH. Sua atuação impulsiona boas práticas de gestão e fortalece o mercado de trabalho local”, afirma.
Já o presidente da ABRH Bahia, Vitor Igdal, celebra o engajamento regional: “Lançar o Núcleo Sudoeste é uma grande vitória para a nossa expansão estratégica. Estou impressionado com o envolvimento de talentos e empresas locais com o propósito de fortalecer as relações humanas nas organizações”, destaca.
Além de Jamaica Cabral, fazem parte da Diretoria do Núcleo Sudoeste: Jackeline Ferreira, Diretora de Desenvolvimento Humano Organizacional; Gerlan Souza, Diretor de Melhores Práticas; Antônio Garcia, Diretor de Relacionamento com Associados; Érica Sansil, Diretora de Inovação; Wyara Barbosa, Cláudia Rocha e Nayanne Marques, Diretoras de MKT e Eventos; Lilian Bomfim e Karina Cardoso, Diretoras de Relações Públicas.
