A Vigilância Sanitária interditou parcialmente um açougue de grande porte no Bairro Patagônia, em Vitória da Conquista, após uma denúncia. A equipe encontrou sérias irregularidades, incluindo carnes misturadas e em estado de putrefação, além do estabelecimento funcionar sem Alvará Sanitário.
O coordenador da Vigilância Sanitária, Maico Mares, afirmou que a situação é crítica e representa risco sanitário para a população. As câmaras frias foram interditadas e uma equipe técnica avaliará o material para definir o descarte.
A Vigilância Sanitária reforça que atua diariamente para garantir a segurança alimentar e sanitária e pede denúncias por meio do número (77) 3229-3044.
