Um novo capítulo se inicia para 48 famílias de agricultores e agricultoras familiares de comunidades tradicionais de fundo e fecho de pasto, no município de Brotas de Macaúbas. Na terça-feira (29), essas famílias assinaram contrato com a Caixa Econômica Federal para a construção de suas moradias por meio do Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida Rural.
A ação é resultado de uma parceria entre o Governo da Bahia e o Governo Federal, por meio da Caixa e a Companhia de Desenvolvimento e Ação Regional (CAR), empresa pública vinculada à Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Rural da Bahia (SDR), responsável pela execução do Programa no Estado.
A assinatura dos contratos representa uma etapa fundamental do Processo, garantindo direitos e deveres tanto para os beneficiários quanto para a Instituição Financeira, além de formalizar o acompanhamento das obras por parte das famílias.
Segundo Guilherme Rodrigues, Coordenador de Integração de Políticas Públicas da CAR, esse momento marca um avanço importante para a efetivação do direito à moradia no campo. “A assinatura dos contratos consolida mais uma etapa nesse processo de acesso à casa própria. É também uma oportunidade para esclarecer dúvidas e reforçar as orientações. Antes disso, foi preciso garantir que as famílias, suas Associações, Cooperativas e Sindicatos estivessem com toda a documentação regular. Essa é uma política pública que promove dignidade e fortalece a agricultura familiar e as comunidades tradicionais”, destacou.
Realização de um sonho
Moradora da Comunidade Nova Vista, Karoline Sodré Alves celebrou a conquista com entusiasmo. “Estou muito feliz em receber essa política pública, porque era um sonho muito distante para mim, que não tenho recursos para construir uma casa. Essa casa vai mudar muita coisa na minha vida. Vamos ter o nosso próprio lar, onde poderemos morar com dignidade. É muito gratificante”.
Para Mariléia Aparecida dos Passos, da Comunidade Malhada, a assinatura do contrato representa mais que um papel, é o início de uma nova etapa de vida. “Esse dia foi muito esperado por nós, agricultores. Eu moro com meus pais e agora terei minha própria casa, um lugar para viver com meu filho. Essa política vai mudar a nossa vida. Teremos um lugar digno para viver com nossas famílias, com mais dignidade e segurança”.
Sobre as novas moradias
Cada unidade habitacional terá aproximadamente 63,71 m² de área total, com três quartos, sala/cozinha integrada, banheiro e varanda, além de sistemas sustentáveis de abastecimento de água por cisterna de captação de chuva e energia elétrica.
O Projeto inclui ainda a realização de um Trabalho Técnico Social, que busca fortalecer a organização comunitária e promover ações voltadas à geração de renda, Educação para a Saúde, reutilização de resíduos, associativismo e cooperativismo, respeitando as especificidades e potencialidades de cada Território.
