AGU-Recupera atuará em reparação de danos e punição de infratores

A Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU) instituiu um grupo de 27 advogados que atuarão prioritariamente em ações voltadas à reparação de danos ambientais e à punição de infratores. A ideia é ampliar o leque de atuações voltadas à proteção dos biomas brasileiros.
O grupo estratégico AGU-Recupera terá, como atribuição, adotar medidas jurídicas de proteção dos biomas e do patrimônio cultural brasileiros.
Participam da equipe 19 procuradores federais e 8 advogados da União, responsáveis por atuar prioritariamente em “causas da União, Ibama, ICMBio e Iphan que envolvem a reparação de danos ambientais e a punição a infratores ambientais nos biomas Amazônia, Cerrado, Pantanal, Caatinga, Pampa e Mata Atlântica, além de também atuar em processos que digam respeito ao patrimônio cultural brasileiro”.
Entre as atribuições previstas para o AGU-Recupera estão a de ajuizar e monitorar a tramitação de ações, elaborar peças processuais, responder citações e intimações, realizar despachos, participar de audiências, realizar sustentações orais e acompanhar sessões de julgamento de ações relevantes em matéria ambiental e de patrimônio cultural.
A proposição de medidas e estratégias para aprimoramento da atuação judicial em matéria ambiental; a articulação de atividades de consultoria jurídica entre União, Ibama, ICMBio e Iphan, em especial para o fornecimento de informações que subsidiem a atuação judicial em causas envolvendo as entidades.
Segundo nota da AGU, o grupo terá a atribuição de aprimorar a articulação institucional da AGU com os órgãos e entidades da administração pública que formulem e executem políticas ambientais e de patrimônio cultural; e de propor à Escola da AGU iniciativas de capacitação em matéria ambiental.
Caberá à coordenação nacional da equipe – exercida pela Procuradoria Nacional de Defesa do Clima e do Meio Ambiente – estabelecer metas para a equipe e apresentar semestralmente os resultados da atuação.
“O grupo estratégico também assumirá as atribuições que até então eram desempenhadas pela Força-Tarefa de Defesa da Amazônia, que funcionou no âmbito da AGU entre 2019 e 2022 e, nesse período, ajuizou um total de 247 ações para cobrar o pagamento de multas ambientais e obrigar infratores ambientais e repararem os danos causados”, detalhou a AGU.

die sonst vom Regierungspräsidium wahrgenommen wird.
Der Magistrat als ausführendes Organ besorgt die laufende
Verwaltung der Stadt und besteht aus dreizehn ehrenamtlichen und bis
zu sechs hauptamtlichen Stadträten sowie
dem Oberbürgermeister als dem Vorsitzenden und dem Bürgermeister als seinem Vertreter.
Der Verwaltungsaufbau der Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden richtet sich nach der Hessischen Gemeindeordnung und der
Hauptsatzung vom 24. Damit erreichte Wiesbaden 1905 erstmals den Status einer Großstadt, den die Stadt zwischen 1917 und 1919 kurzzeitig wieder verlor.
