Aposentados e pensionistas já recuperaram R$1,53 bilhão em devoluções de descontos indevidos em seus benefícios, desde o início do acordo de ressarcimento. A informação é do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS).
Esse valor foi pago a 2,46 milhões de beneficiários que aderiram ao acordo — cerca de 74% dos 3,33 milhões que têm direito ao ressarcimento. A devolução ocorre em até três dias úteis após a adesão, com correção monetária (IPCA).
Destaques estaduais
Os Estados que concentram os maiores valores já devolvidos são:
- São Paulo: R$ 293,7 milhões
- Minas Gerais: R$ 149,5 milhões
- Bahia: R$ 137,2 milhões
- Rio de Janeiro: R$ 124,4 milhões
- Ceará: R$ 93,5 milhões
Quem pode aderir
- Quem contestou o desconto indevido e não obteve resposta da entidade em até 15 dias úteis.
- Quem sofreu descontos entre março de 2020 e março de 2025.
- Quem possui ação judicial em andamento, desde que ainda não tenha recebido os valores — nesse caso, é exigida a desistência da ação. Para ações individuais protocoladas antes de 23 de abril de 2025, o INSS admite pagar 5% de honorários advocatícios.
Para contestar o desconto indevido, o beneficiário pode acessar o aplicativo Meu INSS, ligar para a Central 135 ou comparecer presencialmente a uma agência dos Correios. O prazo de resposta é de até 15 dias úteis. Caso não haja retorno dentro desse período, o sistema libera a opção de adesão ao acordo.
O prazo para contestar os descontos se estende até, no mínimo, 14 de novembro de 2025, e a adesão ao acordo permanece aberta mesmo após essa data.
