Nos dias 7 e 8 de agosto, Belo Campo promoveu uma importante capacitação voltada aos integrantes do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (Suas) e do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente (CMDCA). A iniciativa, promovida pela Prefeitura Municipal de Belo Campo, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Assistência Social, em parceria com Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente, buscou fortalecer a atuação dos profissionais na proteção de crianças e adolescentes.
Conduzido pelo Especialista Matheus Lemos, o encontro abordou temas essenciais como legislação vigente, Medidas Protetivas Socioeducativas, além de estratégias para a integração das políticas públicas de Assistência Social. Ao longo dos dois dias, os participantes trocaram experiências e debateram ações para aprimorar o atendimento à população, promovendo maior efetividade nas ações de proteção.
Ao final da capacitação, ocorreu a entrega de novos uniformes e crachás aos profissionais do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (Suas), reforçando a identidade visual das equipes e valorizando o trabalho diário de quem atua na garantia dos direitos infantis e adolescentes na cidade.
Segundo a Psicóloga Leomara Tigre Neves, presidente do Leomara Tigre, o momento representou um marco para o município. “Essa capacitação foi fundamental para fortalecer a Rede de Proteção Social, ampliando nossa capacidade de agir com mais eficácia diante de situações de violação de direitos”, afirmou.
A secretária municipal de Assistência Social, Elizângela Ruas Oliveira, destacou que a iniciativa reforça o compromisso da gestão municipal com a Proteção Social. “Nosso objetivo foi alinhar o trabalho de todos os profissionais, promovendo uma atuação integrada e mais segura para atender às demandas da comunidade. Essa ação é fruto do compromisso e do apoio do prefeito (Fidélis – Neto Fidélis – Pereira Reis, do PSD), que entende a importância de investir na qualificação contínua dos nossos trabalhadores”, declarou. A ação também reforça o compromisso da Administração Municipal em investir na formação permanente dos Profissionais de Proteção Social, garantindo um atendimento mais humano, eficiente e de qualidade à população de Belo Campo.
