Câmara Municipal aprova Lei que garante reajuste de 7,4% aos professores de Brumado a partir de abril, após acordo entre Prefeitura e APLB/Sindicato

Prefeitura Municipal de Brumado, através da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, formalizou acordo a Delegacia da Caatinga da APLB – Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação do Estado da Bahia, um acordo para um reajuste salarial dos professores da Educação Básica da r4ede pública municipal de Ensino de 7,40%.

O acordo, formalizado pelo prefeito Fabricio Abrantes Pires de Souza Oliveira (Avante) e pela secretária municipal de Educação, Ana Cristina dos Santos Silva, com o presidente interino da Delegacia da Caatinga da APLB – Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação do Estado da Bahia, professor André Luiz Azevedo. Também foram discutidos na pauta do encontro entre a gestão  municipal e a APLB/Sindicato, a reestruturação do Plano de Carreira e o cumprimento da carga horária, visando melhores condições de trabalho.

O Projeto de Lei, resultado do acordo formalizado pela Administração Municipal e a Delegacia da Caatinga da APLB – Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação do Estado da Bahia, foi encaminhado à Câmara Municipal que, em sessão extraordinária híbrida, nesta quarta-feira (29), foi aprovado por unanimidade.

A secretária municipal de Educação, Ana Cristina dos Santos Silva, celebrou o acordo que ressaltou marca um avanço significativo nas relações entre a gestão municipal e a categoria, sinalizando maturidade no diálogo e compromisso com a valorização da carreira docente.

Segundo a secretária, o reajuste salarial acordado com a Delegacia da Caatinga da APLB – Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação do Estado da Bahia e aprovado pela Câmara Municipal, não apenas reconhece o esforço diário dos educadores, mas também fortalece todo o setor, criando condições mais favoráveis para a melhoria da qualidade do Ensino.

O presidente interino da Delegacia da Caatinga da APLB – Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação da Bahia, professor André Luiz Azevedo, ressaltou que o acordo firmado evidencia a força da mobilização coletiva da categoria e representa um passo importante para novas conquistas no setor educacional.

O entendimento das partes reforça que o desfecho da negociação é apontado como um marco para a política educacional do município, ao consolidar um ambiente de maior confiança e cooperação entre a gestão pública e os trabalhadores da Educação. A avaliação reforça a ideia de que o acordo inaugura uma nova etapa nas relações institucionais, pautada pelo diálogo e pela valorização da categoria.
