Uma Cirurgiã-Dentista natural de Brumado e proprietária de uma Clínica Odontológica de alto padrão no Bairro Candeias, em Vitória da Conquista, foi indiciada na sexta-feira (12) pelos crimes de lesão corporal grave com deformidade permanente, exercício ilegal da Medicina e propaganda enganosa. A investigação, conduzida pela Polícia Civil da Bahia, através da 1ª Delegacia Territorial de Polícia Civil de Vitória da Conquista, apurou que os procedimentos realizados por ela, considerados de natureza exclusivamente médica, resultaram em sequelas permanentes em quatro pacientes.
De acordo com o Delegado titular da 1ª Delegacia Territorial de Polícia Civil de Vitória da Conquista, Bel. Paulo Henrique de Oliveira, responsável pelo caso, as ações da Cirurgiã-Dentista, denunciadas por quatro pacientes e investigadas pela Polícia Civil, ocorreram entre setembro de 2024 e fevereiro último, em uma Clínica sem a estrutura hospitalar adequada. Os procedimentos, que incluem Platismoplastia – cirurgia para corrigir a flacidez do Pescoço – e Lifting Facial – procedimento estético indicado para o rejuvenescimento do rosto, realizado em região Submandibular e de Pescoço – foram realizados sem habilitação médica, causando cicatrizes e danos irreversíveis nas quatro vítimas que registraram Boletins de Ocorrência.
As investigações revelaram que a profissional divulgava – continua divulgando – suas técnicas e resultados em redes sociais, promovendo promessas de resultados irreversíveis e sem riscos, prática considerada propaganda enganosa, de acordo com o Delegado. Segundo o Relatório do Inquérito Policial, ela realizava esses procedimentos em regiões como o Submandibular e Pescoço, mesmo sendo uma Cirurgiã-Dentista, o que configura exercício ilegal da Medicina.
O Inquérito Policial, conduzido pelo Delegado Paulo Henrique de Oliveira, apontou ainda que a atuação da profissional, focada no lucro, sem registros médicos e em desacordo com as normas éticas da profissão, motivou uma fiscalização do Conselho Regional de Odontologia da Bahia (CRO-BA). Como consequência, ela foi suspensa cautelarmente por trinta dias e teve recomendação de abertura de Processo Disciplinar.
O Relatório Final do Inquérito Policial, que indiciou a Cirurgiã-Dentista pelos crimes apontados (lesão corporal grave com deformidade permanente, exercício ilegal da Medicina e propaganda enganosa)., foi encaminhado ao Ministério Público, que poderá denunciar a Cirurgiã-Dentista indiciada (formalizar a acusação), pedir mais investigações à Polícia Civil ou arquivar o caso. Se o órgão ministerial optar por formalizar a acusação, o caso será submetido ao Poder Judiciário para decisão.
Outro lado
A defesa de uma Cirurgiã-Dentista, representada pelas advogadas Isla Karolina Conceição Oliveira e Andresa de Oliveira e Resende, divulgou uma Nota à Imprensa contestando as alegações apresentadas no Relatório do Inquérito Policial da 1ª Delegacia Territorial de Polícia Civil de Vitória da Conquista. Sem citar nomes, as advogadas referiram-se à profissional apenas pela sua inscrição no Conselho Regional de Odontologia da Bahia (CRO-BA), reforçando que as acusações são infundadas.
Na manifestação, as advogadas afirmaram que as acusações de propaganda enganosa e conduta ilícita são improcedentes e que a profissional atua dentro dos limites da legislação vigente. Segundo elas, o Processo ainda está em fase inicial, e, no momento oportuno, apresentará todas as provas necessárias para demonstrar a inexistência de irregularidades por parte da Cirurgiã-Dentista.
A Nota também destaca que as alegações do Inquérito Policial não refletem a conduta ética, profissional e técnica da profissional, que possui inscrição regular no Conselho Regional de Odontologia da Bahia e é Especialista em Harmonização Orofacial, tendo inclusive Pós-Graduação na área. As advogadas reforçaram que a Cirurgiã-Dentista exerce sua atividade de forma legal e responsável, e que as acusações não condizem com sua conduta profissional.

“A defesa técnica da Cirurgiã-Dentista vem a público, em respeito à sociedade e aos meios de comunicação, esclarecer que o Processo em questão ainda se encontra em fase inicial. No momento oportuno, serão apresentados todos os elementos de prova capazes de demonstrar, de forma clara e objetiva, a total improcedência das acusações. As alegações formuladas são inverossímeis e destoam completamente da conduta ética, profissional e técnica da Cirurgiã-Dentista regularmente inscrita no Conselho Regional de Odontologia da Bahia (CRO-BA). Além de sua formação acadêmica, a profissional possui Pós-Graduação em Harmonização Orofacial, o que reforça sua qualificação e habilitação legal para o exercício das atividades que desempenha. Reiteramos que não houve qualquer prática que possa ser interpretada como lesão corporal, exercício ilegal da Medicina ou propaganda enganosa. Todas as atividades são exercidas com pleno respaldo legal, em estrita observância à legislação vigente, aos limites da atuação Odontológica e ao respeito à Saúde dos pacientes. Por fim, a defesa informa que a profissional segue colaborando com as autoridades competentes para o integral esclarecimento dos fatos e reafirma sua plena confiança na Justiça, convicta de que, ao término do Processo, ficará cabalmente demonstrada a legalidade e a idoneidade da atuação profissional.
