Em reunião realizada na quinta-feira (15), com o presidente da Conder- Companhia de Densolvimento Urbano do Estadoda Bahia, Zé Trindade, o deputado estadual Zé Raimundo e o vereador Fernando Jacaré solicitaram a agilização dos processos para viabilizar a regularização fundiária das áreas que pertencem ao órgão estadual, situadas em Vitória da Conquista. Também participaram da reunião a assessora jurídica do mandato de Zé Raimundo, a advogada Karoline Andrade e a Coordenadora de Regularização Fundiária da Conder, Ana Paula Santana .
O deputado e o vereador pediram especialmente a agilização da visita de técnicos do órgão ao bairro Pedrinhas para fazer reunião com os moradores, visando agilizar o encaminhamento das concessões das escrituras das casas nesta área, transferindo da Conder para eles o domínio legal. Em 2005, quando Zé Raimundo era prefeito de Vitória da Conquista, foram realizadas várias obras de pavimentação, microdenagem, macrodrenagem e a construção de equipamentos, através de programa municipal de melhorias habitacionais, com recursos do PAC (programa federal).
Como as pessoas tinham a posse de terrenos, mas não tinham a propriedade, foi necessário a Conder comprar a área envolvida e obter o domínio legal para viabilizar regularização e assegurar assim as melhorias urbanas. Agora o órgão está passando esta legalização para os proprietários.
Várias reuniões foram realizadas anteriormente para encaminhamento dessa demanda defendida por Zé Raimundo e Jacaré. O deputado inclusive já investiu recursos de emendas para viabilizar as medidas iniciais deste processo de regularização “que fortalece a dignidade humana, concretiza o direito de moradia e o direito à cidade”, como ressalta.
