Possíveis irregularidades na transferência de eleitores de algumas cidades da Bahia e do Estado de São Paulo para o município levantam a suspeitas de manipulação, que estão sendo investigadas pelo Judiciário da Bahia.

As eleições municipais de 2024 em Boquira ficaram marcadas por uma disputa bastante acirrada que chamou a atenção de moradores, políticos e órgãos de fiscalização. O resultado final apontou uma diferença de apenas 68 votos entre o prefeito eleito (Alan Machado França, do PSB) e seu principal adversário (Patrício Roberto Figueiredo Trindade Silva, do MDB), evidenciando uma vitória apertada e gerando questionamentos sobre a legitimidade do processo eleitoral.
Após uma campanha marcada por intensos debates e mobilizações, denúncias de uso da máquina pública pelo então prefeito Luciano – da Farmácia – de Oliveira e Silva (PSB) em favor de seu candidato, que conseguiu garantir a vitória com uma margem mínima de votos (68 votos – 0,52% dos votos válidos). Essa diferença estreita levantou suspeitas de possíveis irregularidades, levando a uma apuração mais detalhada por parte do Judiciário e do Ministério Público Eleitoral da 65ª Zona Eleitoral. A proximidade do resultado despertou preocupações sobre a integridade do Processo Eleitoral e a transparência na votação.
Em decorrência das suspeitas, o Ministério Público Eleitoral da 65ª Zona Eleitoral recebeu Notícia Crime nº 20250004537 e iniciou a investigação, bem como, a Coligação Renovar é a Esperança, composta pela Federação Brasil da Esperança (PT/PC do B/PV) e MDB, ajuizou a Ação de Investigação Judicial Eleitoral (Aije) nº 0600591-25.2024.6.05.0065. Durante as investigações, com base em documentos aos quais o JS teve acesso, foram examinados dados referentes às transferências de domicílio eleitoral ocorridas entre 2023 e 2024. Nesse intervalo, foram constatadas mais de 450 transferências, um número expressivamente alto para o período e para o município de Boquira, que, em 2024, possuía um Colégio Eleitoral de 13.981 eleitores. Mas, o que chamou atenção e justificou a abertura dos procedimentos para apurar a legalidade do aumento do número de eleitores em Boquira foi o fato de aproximadamente 135 dessas transferências, envolverem eleitores originalmente inscritos em diversas cidades do Estado de São Paulo. Essas transferências levantaram suspeitas de que poderiam estar relacionadas a tentativa de manipulação do resultado eleitoral, como a criação de uma base de eleitores fictícios ou transferências ilegais de domicílio para influenciar a votação. Existem suspeitas de outras condutas envolvidas, como troca de favor políticos e barganha de cargos.
As evidências reveladas pelas investigações ressaltam a necessidade de uma fiscalização rigorosa e de mecanismos que assegurem a legitimidade do processo eleitoral, especialmente em eleições polarizadas e altamente disputadas, como foi a de Boquira em 2024. As autoridades responsáveis, segundo apurou a reportagem do JS, continuam a apurar a origem dessas transferências e a investigar possíveis ligações com práticas ilegais e, se constatado ter havido irregularidades, a responsabilização dos responsáveis e apuração da possível influência no resultado da eleição.
Pessoas ouvidas aleatoriamente nas ruas de Boquira pela reportagem do JS, simpatizantes, conforme afirmaram, das diferentes tendências políticas, todos, no entanto, sob reserva, relataram estar acompanhando com expectativa o resultado final das investigações. Uma coisa, no entanto, é consenso: que há a necessidade de fortalecimento das Instituições, principalmente do Ministério Público Eleitoral, para que possa haver mais rigor no controle das transferências de domicílio eleitoral, principalmente em cidades de pequeno porte, onde fraudes na transferência de Títulos Eleitorais possam desequilibrar as disputas.
Segundo um Advogado, Especialista em Direito Eleitoral, ouvido sob reserva pelo JS, os fatos registrados nas eleições municipais de 2024 em Boquira exemplificam os desafios de garantir eleições limpas e justas, especialmente em contextos de disputas acirradas. Ele reforçou que a atenção às irregularidades, como as transferências de domicílio eleitoral de outros Estados, é fundamental para preservar a democracia e assegurar que a vontade popular seja respeitada de forma legítima.

A reportagem do JS tentou contato com o prefeito Alan Machado França (PSB) e com o ex-prefeito Luciano – da Farmácia – Oliveira e Silva (PSB), que, em tese, poderiam ter sido beneficiados pelas supostas irregularidades nas transferências de Títulos Eleitorais para o município em 2023 e 2024.
