O Consumo nos Lares Brasileiros, medido pela Associação Brasileira de Supermercados (Abras), encerrou o mês de outubro com alta de 6,27% ante setembro. No ano, o consumo nos lares acumula alta de 3,02%, sendo a maior alta do consumo no ano, aproximando o indicador do crescimento acumulado durante todo o ano passado, de 3,04%. Na comparação com outubro de 2021, o índice apresentou alta de 8,10%.
O resultado contempla os formatos de loja atacarejo, supermercado convencional, loja de vizinhança, hipermercado, minimercado e e-commerce. Todos os indicadores são deflacionados pelo Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA), medido pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE).
Segundo a Abras, o pagamento antecipado de benefícios sociais para a segunda e terceira semanas de outubro contribuiu para o aumento do consumo. A antecipação beneficiou 21,13 milhões de famílias com o repasse de R$ 12,8 bilhões.
“É notável o quanto o aumento no valor do Auxílio Brasil e a inclusão constante de beneficiários em condições de vulnerabilidade social expandiram o consumo de alimentos neste segundo semestre e, de forma mais expressiva, em outubro”, disse o vice-presidente Institucional da Abras, Marcio Milan.
De acordo com os dados da Abras, o valor da cesta composta exclusivamente por alimentos registrou queda de 0,98%. Entre os produtos que apresentaram recuo nos preços estão leite longa vida (6,28%), feijão (3.39%), óleo de soja (0,94%), café moído (0,44%), carne bovina – traseiro (0,41%), açúcar (0.35%), queijo (0,17%). A queda ocorreu em todas as cinco regiões do país. Na média nacional, o preço da cesta passou R$ 319,57 em outubro para R$ 316,45 em novembro.
Já a cesta com 35 produtos de largo consumo (alimentos, bebidas, carnes, produtos de limpeza, itens de higiene e beleza) apresentou alta de 0,42%, puxada por tomate (17,79%), cebola (13,79%), batata (8,99%) e farinha de mandioca (5,69%). Na categoria de higiene e beleza, os produtos com maior variação nos preços foram sabonete (0,92%), xampu (1,05%), creme dental (0,56%) e papel higiênico (0,68%). Na cesta de limpeza, as altas foram puxadas por sabão em pó (2,32%), detergente líquido para louças (0,42%) e desinfetante (0,41%).
Com a variação registrada em novembro, o preço médio da cesta nacional passou de R$ 743,75 em outubro para R$ 746,85 em novembro. No acumulado em 12 meses, a alta é de 6,47%.
Na análise regional, a menor variação foi registrada na região Sul, de menos 0,46%, seguida por Centro-Oeste (0,08%), Nordeste (0,26%), Sudeste (0,61%) e Norte (0,76%).
