POR ASCOM – CORREIOS/SUPERINTENDÊNCIA BAHIA
A partir de 30 de maio, aposentados e pensionistas do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) poderão consultar, contestar e acompanhar a análise de descontos indevidos em seus benefícios diretamente nas Agências dos Correios. A novidade foi anunciada na quinta-feira (22), durante entrevista coletiva realizada no Ministério da Previdência, em Brasília, com a participação do Ministro Wolney Queiroz, da Diretora de Governança e Estratégia dos Correios, presidente dos Correios, Juliana Picoli Agatte, e do presidente do INSS, Gilberto Waller Júnior.
A ação amplia significativamente a rede de atendimento presencial para beneficiários do INSS, especialmente em regiões onde o instituto não possui unidades próprias. Com mais de 4.730 agências próprias habilitadas em todo o país, os Correios assumem o papel de facilitadores do acesso a esse tipo de serviço, promovendo inclusão social e garantindo atendimento humanizado e seguro, em uma iniciativa que reforça a importância da estatal como braço do Governo Federal a serviço da sociedade.
Atendimento gratuito e acessível
Nas agências habilitadas, os beneficiários poderão:
.Consultar se há descontos associados em seus benefícios;
.Contestar descontos não autorizados;
.Confirmar a autorização de algum desconto;
.Acompanhar o resultado da contestação (após 15 dias);
.Analisar e contestar a documentação enviada por associações;
.Receber orientações impressas com protocolo de atendimento.
Todo o atendimento será gratuito, realizado por equipes treinadas, com prioridade garantida aos aposentados e pensionistas nas agências com sistema de gestão de filas ou guichês exclusivos.
Capilaridade e inclusão social
Com presença em todos os municípios brasileiros, os Correios colocam à disposição dos beneficiários uma infraestrutura pública já instalada, preparada para oferecer suporte presencial, especialmente a idosos e pessoas com dificuldades em acessar plataformas digitais.
“Essa parceria reforça a vocação social dos Correios, que, com sua capilaridade e expertise únicas, são uma empresa pública a serviço da população, com disposição e capacidade para oferecer soluções que facilitem a vida das pessoas”, afirmou o presidente da estatal, Fabiano Silva dos Santos.
O presidente do INSS, Gilberto Waller Júnior, destacou que a medida visa garantir que nenhum cidadão fique sem acesso ao direito de contestar descontos indevidos. “Estamos ampliando o acesso, reduzindo barreiras e oferecendo um caminho mais direto para resolver esse tipo de problema”.
Atendimento seguro e com proteção de dados
A parceria prevê protocolos rigorosos de segurança, com atendimento feito exclusivamente por profissionais treinados em unidades próprias dos Correios. Todos os dados dos beneficiários são tratados com base na Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), garantindo confidencialidade e rastreabilidade.
Locais sem agência habilitada
Para regiões ainda não atendidas pelas agências habilitadas, estão sendo planejadas ações itinerantes e mutirões de atendimento, com o objetivo de garantir a universalização do serviço.
