Na segunda-feira (7), o Deputado Federal Waldenor Alves Pereira Filho (PT/BA), acompanhado do vereador conquistense Andreson – Dr. Andreson – Ribeiro Alves (PCdoB), esteve em Salvador, cumprindo uma agenda de reuniões com secretários estaduais. Os encontros tiveram como foco prioridades para Vitória da Conquista, com ênfase em Mobilidade Urbana, Desenvolvimento Industrial e Saneamento Básico.
Na Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Econômico da Bahia, Waldenor Pereira dialogou com o titular da pasta, Ângelo Mário Cerqueira de Almeida, reforçando a importância de concluir a obra de requalificação da área do Distrito Industrial dos Imborés. Entre os pedidos, destacou-se a proposta de ampliar o Centro de Indústrias. Na região do Centro Industrial, também foi solicitada a duplicação do trecho da Rodovia BR-116, além da construção de uma rotatória no local conhecido como “Trevo da Morte”, devido ao elevado número de acidentes registrados na área.
Durante o encontro na Secretaria de Estado de Relações Institucionais (Serin), foram reiteradas as solicitações por projetos de infraestrutura e desenvolvimento para Vitória da Conquista, incluindo a pavimentação de estradas, reformas e construções de Escolas e Praças, com o objetivo de atender às principais demandas da população.
No Setor de Saneamento Básico, Waldenor Pereira tratou com os dirigentes da Empresa Baiana de Águas e Saneamento (Embasa), autarquia vinculada à Secretaria de Estado de Infraestrutura Hídrica e de Saneamento da Bahia, Cláudio de Oliveira Dantas e Christiano Bressy Dultra Barbosa, sobre uma obra reivindicada pelo seu mandato: a execução do Sistema de Esgotamento Sanitário nas localidades de Campinhos, Simão, Miro Cairo e Vila Elisa. Essas comunidades concentram uma população estimada em cerca de 6.700 habitantes. A obra, cujo início está previsto para os próximos dias, tem previsão de conclusão em seis meses e contará com um investimento de aproximadamente R$ 18,5 milhões, financiados com recursos próprios da Embasa.
“Nosso compromisso é permanente na busca por mais investimentos para Vitória da Conquista. Reforçamos aos gestores estaduais a urgência dessas demandas e saímos confiantes de que avançaremos na implementação desses projetos”, afirmou Waldenor Pereira.
