Na sexta-feira (11), o deputado estadual José Raimundo Fontes (PT) ressaltou a importância da nova adutora de 14,2 quilômetros que ligará o Sistema Adutor do Algodão, em Pancadão, Lagoa Real, ao Sistema de Abastecimento de Água de Ibiassucê. A obra, atualmente em construção pelo Governo do Estado, por meio da Secretaria de Infraestrutura Hídrica e Saneamento da Bahia e executada pela Empresa Baiana de Águas e Saneamento (Embasa), tem um investimento aproximado de R$ 2 milhões.
Segundo o parlamentar petista, a Adutora beneficiará não só a sede municipal, mas também as Comunidades de Capoeirão, Forno de Telha, Vargem Suja e Lagoa D’Água. Ele destacou ainda que a iniciativa é fruto do seu mandato, em parceria com o deputado federal Waldenor Pereira (PT/BA) e contou com o apoio dos ex-governadores Jaques Wagner e Rui Costa, além do atual governador Jerônimo Rodrigues que autorizou a execução das obras, todos do PT.
“Essa conquista é resultado também da luta do ex-prefeito Neto (Manoel Adelino Gomes de Andrade), das lideranças locais e do apoio do meu mandato, do deputado Waldenor Pereira e do governador Jerônimo Rodrigues, dando continuidade aos projetos iniciados nas gestões de Wagner e Rui Costa”, afirmou Zé Raimundo. O deputado destacou que a obra atende às reivindicações feitas pela população e encaminhadas pelo ex-prefeito Manoel Adelino Gomes de Andrade (Neto) e lideranças locais, representando um avanço importante para a população de Ibiassucê.
Para Zé Raimundo, a construção da Adutora representa mais dignidade, melhora na qualidade de vida e fortalecimento da agricultura familiar na região. “Essa é uma conquista que reforça o nosso compromisso, meu e do deputado Waldenor Pereira, com o desenvolvimento e o bem-estar da população ibiassuceense”, concluiu.
