Com um investimento de R$ 4 milhões, o Governo do Estado, por meio da Secretaria de Política para as Mulheres (SPM), lançou o Edital de Chamamento Público ‘Oxe, me respeite nas escolas’. O edital busca firmar parcerias com 13 Organizações da Sociedade Civil (OSCs) para a execução do projeto, que visa prevenir a violência de gênero e promover ações educativas nas escolas, em conformidade com a Lei Maria da Penha, de 2024 a 2026.
A secretária Neusa Cadore, explicou que, com o edital, o projeto atenderá 380 unidades escolares, em contextos urbanos e rurais, em 12 Territórios de Identidade da Bahia, incluindo o município de Salvador.
“O ‘Oxe, me respeite nas escolas’ tem como meta promover ações educativas que abordem a prevenção da violência de gênero e já é uma realidade nas escolas da rede estadual de ensino. Com o edital, estamos ampliando o alcance do projeto. Esta será uma oportunidade para que as organizações colaborarem diretamente no enfrentamento à violência de gênero e na promoção da igualdade de gênero para um ambiente escolar cada vez mais seguro e inclusivo para meninas e mulheres em toda a Bahia”, afirmou.
As atividades devem incluir a formação de estudantes; oficinas temáticas sobre direitos das mulheres; direitos reprodutivos e sexuais; e cidadania, além de mostras culturais. O programa é uma parceria da SPM com a Secretaria da Educação do Estado (SEC); a Universidade Federal da Bahia (Ufba), por meio do Bacharelado em Estudos de Gênero e Diversidade; e o Fundo de População das Nações Unidas (Unfpa).
Quem Pode Participar?
O edital é direcionado para OSCs, que tenham experiência na área de prevenção à violência de gênero. Podem participar entidades sem fins lucrativos, incluindo associações, fundações e cooperativas que atuem no combate à pobreza e na capacitação em prevenção à violência contra as mulheres.
As propostas podem ser enviadas até o dia 11 de novembro de 2024, presencialmente ou via Correios, para o endereço da SPM-BA: Avenida Tancredo Neves, 776, Bloco A, 3º andar, Caminho das Árvores, CEP: 41820-004, em Salvador. Outros editais – Além do ‘Oxe, me respeite nas escolas’, a SPM está com mais quatro editais abertos. Ao todo são 15,6 milhões em investimentos, que visam promover a inclusão socioprodutiva e a autonomia econômica das mulheres. O edital ‘Elas que Produzem’ prevê o apoio a projetos de empoderamento social, econômico e cultural das mulheres, totalizando R$ 4,5 milhões de investimentos.
O edital ‘Elas à Frente do Esporte’ destina R$ 2,1 milhões em projetos com o objetivo de incentivar a participação das mulheres da cidade e do campo no esporte, dentre outras iniciativas. Já o ‘Elas à Frente nos Quilombos’ destina R$ 2 milhões de recursos para apoiar projetos que promovam a inclusão socioprodutiva de mulheres quilombolas; e o ‘Elas que Alimentam’ terá R$ 3 milhões para a execução de ações em parceria com o Programa Bahia Sem Fome, para a promoção e à autonomia das mulheres do campo.
