Na última semana, a Prefeitura Municipal de Planalto, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, Esporte e Cultura, promoveu mais uma edição da Formação Continuada Rede de Saberes, um evento que tem se consolidado como uma importante oportunidade de capacitação para educadores da Educação Infantil, Anos Iniciais e Anos Finais. O encontroreuniu professores Das Escolas Municipais e trouxe um ar renovado de entusiasmo e dedicação à formação educacional.
Dentre os objetivos da Formação Continuada, destaca-se o compromisso com a Educação de qualidade, proporcionando aos docentes momentos de aprendizado, troca de experiências e o fortalecimento das práticas pedagógicas. Durante a programação, foram abordados temas atuais e relevantes, permitindo aos educadores refletir sobre suas práticas e ampliar seus conhecimentos.
O Coordenador Pedagógico Márcio Oliveira França enfatizou a importância da formação contínua para o aprimoramento da atuação docente, ressaltando que a Educação é um processo dinâmico que requer constante atualização e partilha de saberes.
As atividades foram organizadas em módulos que contemplavam desde metodologias inovadoras até estratégias de Ensino Inclusivas, permitindo que cada educador encontrasse espaços para desenvolver suas competências e habilidades. Além disso, momentos de interação e discussão em grupos foram promovidos, fomentando a troca de experiências entre os profissionais.
Segundo uma das participantes, foi muito gratificante participar do evento, que permitiu não apenas que os professores pudessem adquirir novos conhecimentos, mas também compartilhar desafios e soluções com colegas de várias Escolas, fortalecendo e motivando os profissionais a continuar buscando a excelência na Educação.
Outro ponto destacado durante as atividades foi o foco no crescimento coletivo, que se reflete em práticas mais colaborativas e integradas nas Escolas, permitindo que os educadores pudessem ter saído do encontro com novas ideias, energia renovada e um compromisso reforçado com a Educação de qualidade, sempre visando o melhor para os alunos e suas comunidades.
A Formação Continuada Rede de Saberes se consolidou, portanto, como ressaltou o Coordenador Pedagógico da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, Esporte e Cultura, como uma iniciativa indispensável para o desenvolvimento dos educadores da rede municipal de Ensino, que agora se sentem ainda mais preparados e inspirados para enfrentar os desafios do dia a dia.
A Secretaria Municipal de Educação, Esporte e Cultura ao promover eventos como este, demonstra o compromisso da Administração do prefeito Cloves Alves Andrade (PT) com uma Educação que não apenas ensina, mas transforma. E, como pontuou o gestor, com laços fortalecidos e uma rede de Ensino mais coesa e comprometida, espera-se que os frutos desse encontro possam ser sentidos nas salas de aula, refletindo um futuro mais promissor para a Educação Municipal.
