Pesquisa Genial/Quaest divulgada nesta quarta-feira (2) revela que houve um aumento de 17 pontos percentuais entre as pessoas que consideram que a economia piorou nos últimos 12 meses. Em janeiro, a taxa era de 39%. Agora, atingiu 56% dos entrevistados. Para 16% houve melhora, enquanto 26% afirmaram que o cenário econômico não mudou.
Ainda de acordo com o levantamento, 53% das pessoas ouvidas consideram que está mais difícil conseguir emprego atualmente do que há um ano, marcando um salto de oito pontos percentuais em relação há três meses. A variação foi a mesma no sentido contrário, ou seja, em janeiro, 43% disseram que estava mais fácil conseguir um emprego, percentual que agora passou para 35%.
Além disso, houve piora em relação ao preço dos combustíveis. A pesquisa mostra que 70% responderam que o produto ficou mais caro nos postos no último mês, o que representa um aumento de 13 pontos percentuais frente a janeiro, quando 57% afirmaram que o preço havia subido.
Outro grupo que sofreu aumento foi o dos que viram os alimentos ficarem mais caros no último mês. O percentual chegou a 88%, na comparação com 83% na rodada anterior. Além disso, de maneira geral, 81% disseram que o poder de compra dos brasileiros é menor atualmente do que há um ano. Já 9% responderam que é maior, mesma taxa dos que avaliam que não houve mudança.

A pesquisa também avaliou a opinião dos brasileiros em relação à atual gestão de Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Nesse caso, 56% desaprovam a administração petista. Já 41% a consideram como positiva. O resultado revela que, além de ter registrado a quarta alta seguida, a desaprovação do governo Lula também ficou mais afastada do índice de aprovação. Em janeiro, 49% desaprovavam o atual governo, enquanto 47% o consideravam favorável.
A taxa de rejeição à gestão petista subiu 13 pontos percentuais desde julho de 2024, quando começou o ciclo de insatisfação popular com o governo Lula. A aprovação apresentou recuo no mesmo patamar.
Pessimismo aumentou em 19 segmentos industriais; ICEI cai nas regiões Sul e Nordeste
A escalada da insatisfação com a administração do atual presidente da República foi notada em todas as regiões do Brasil, sendo mais expressiva no Nordeste, onde normalmente o petista costuma ter mais apoio. Nessa região, a taxa dos que desaprovam o governo saltou de 37% para 46% em dois meses. Já a aprovação caiu de 59% para 52%. No Sudeste, por sua vez, 60% se dizem insatisfeitos, enquanto 37% aprovam a administração federal atual.
Ainda de acordo com o levantamento, 43% dos entrevistados consideram a gestão de Lula pior do que a do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL). Os que apontam o atual mandato como melhor que o de Bolsonaro representam 39% dos que responderam à pesquisa. Para 15% os dois são iguais e 3% não souberam responder.
