Vitória da Conquista recebeu mais uma vez, na sexta-feira (6), a visita do governador Jerônimo Rodrigues Souza (PT) para cumprir uma agenda de trabalho. Acompanhado do ministro de Estado Chefe da Casa Civil da Presidência da República, Rui Costa dos Santos, dos secretários de Estado da Saúde e da Segurança Pública da Bahia, Roberta Silva de Carvalho Santana e Marcelo Werner Derschum Filho, respectivamente, o governador entregou obras, equipamentos e investimentos que somaram mais de R$ 30 milhões nas áreas da Saúde, Segurança Pública e Desenvolvimento Rural.
Saúde Pública
Na área da Saúde Pública, Jerônimo Rodrigues e a titular da Secretaria da Estado da Saúde da Bahia, Roberta Silva de Carvalho Santana inauguraram uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Adulto, com vinte leitos, no Hospital Especializado Afrânio Peixoto. A intervenção, executada pela Secretaria da Estado da Saúde da Bahia, exigiu investimentos da ordem de R$ 9,7 milhões, dos quais R$ 8,1 milhões empregados nas obras físicas e o restante (R$ 1,5 milhão) na aquisição de equipamentos e mobiliários.
O governador também fez a entrega do novo Centro de Diagnóstico por Imagem da Unidade Hospitalar. As obras e aquisição de equipamentos foi financiada com recursos de parceria Público-Privada, tendo o Estado assumido investimentos superiores a R$ 9,4 milhões.
O novo Centro de Diagnóstico por Imagem do Hospital Especializado Afrânio Peixoto conta com uma nova ala com Tomógrafo e mais uma Sala com Aparelho de Raio-X, Sala de Preparo e Recuperação e Sala de Laudos. A expectativa é que na nova Unidade sejam realizados até 4 mil exames por mês, entre Tomografias e Radiografias, ampliando a capacidade de Diagnóstico e a Resolutividade da Rede Hospitalar de Vitória da Conquista, beneficiando também pacientes de municípios da macrorregião.
De acordo com secretária de Estado da Saúde da Bahia, Roberta Santana, a entrega da Unidade de Terapia Intensiva e do novo Centro de Diagnóstico por Imagem do Hospital Especializado Afrânio Peixoto, reforçam a política do Governo do Estado de promover a regionalização e a interiorização dos Serviços de Saúde. Ela destacou que, além de disponibilizar novos os leitos, o Hospital Especializado Afrânio Peixoto, teve sua capacidade ampliada para atender casos de Alta Complexidade. E concluiu ressaltando que com a implementação das Cirurgias Ortopédicas, a Unidade Hospitalar passa a realizar procedimentos na Rede de Urgência e Emergência, fortalecendo ainda mais o atendimento na macrorregião.
Além da nova Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Adulto e do novo Centro de Diagnóstico por Imagem do Hospital Especializado Afrânio Peixoto, o governador e a secretária de Estado da Saúde da Bahia fizeram a entrega de equipamentos hospitalares para o Centro de Parto Natural e uma Ambulância (tipo Van) para o Hospital Municipal Esaú Matos, reforçando os atendimentos Materno-Infantis e os serviços de transporte de pacientes da região.
Outra Unidade de Saúde da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, a Unidade de Saúde do Programa Saúde da Família (USF) do Bairro Miro Cairo, foi beneficiada com a entrega pelo governador e pela secretária de Estado da Saúde da Bahia, de um veículo destinado para o Programa Tratamento Fora do Domicílio (TFD) e um Kit Odontológico.
Ainda na área da Saúde Pública, o governador assinou Ordem de Serviço autorizando a Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia a celebrar convênio com s Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Vitória da Conquista, mantenedora do Hospital São Vicente de Paula, para aquisição de insumos e medicamentos hospitalares, com investimento de R$ 1,5 milhão.
Jerônimo Rodrigues também assinou Ordem de Serviço autorizando a Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia a adotar as medidas necessárias para execução de projeto de reforma e ampliação do Hospital Geral de Vitória da Conquista (Hospital de Base). As obras incluem a construção de nova Emergência, novo centro Cirúrgico om Salas de Cirurgia, e mais novos 40 leitos de Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI).
Segurança Pública
Para reforçar a estrutura da Polícia Militar da Bahia em Vitória da Conquista e na região Sudoeste, o governador Jerônimo Rodrigues e o secretário de Estado da Segurança Pública da Bahia, Marcelo Werner Derschum Filho, fizeram a entrega de 50 novas viaturas, incluindo 29 motocicletas, dois quadriciclos, três veículos sem blindados, cinco bases móveis e 11 automóveis, que totalizaram um investimento de aproximadamente R$6,5 milhões.
O secretário de Estado da Segurança Pública da Bahia, Marcelo Werner, ressaltou o progresso na área de Segurança Pública resultante dos investimentos realizados pelo Governo do Estado. Ele destacou que essas ações, naturalmente, contribuem para melhorar o atendimento à população, reduzir os índices de criminalidade e combater de forma mais eficaz a violência e as facções criminosas. “Acima de tudo”, enfatizou Marcelo Werner, “o objetivo principal é promover a paz no Estado”.
As entregas feitas, segundo o secretário de Estado da Segurança Pública da Bahia, abrangem, além de Vitória da Conquista, os municípios de Brumado, Cândido Sales, Guanambi, Ilhéus, Jequié e Ubaitaba.
Desenvolvimento Rural
Ainda como parte da agenda de trabalho do governador em Vitória da Conquista, o Governo do Estado, através da Secretaria de Estado do Desenvolvimento Rural da Bahia, por meio da Companhia de Desenvolvimento e Ação Regional (CAR), direcionou atenção às demandas do campo ao realizar a entrega de dois Tratores equipados com implementos agrícolas, três Tanques De Resfriamento de Leite e três Máquinas Forrageiras, sendo uma delas destinada à Associação de Produtores e Produtoras Rurais do Povoado de Piabanha, em Aracatu. A iniciativa tem por objetivo fortalecer a produção agrícola e promover a inclusão social nas comunidades rurais.
O governador também fez a entrega Título de Terra ao Projeto Minha Terra Legal para a Comunidade Quilombola de Barreiro do Rio Pardo e autorizou a Secretaria de Estado do Desenvolvimento Rural da Bahia, por meio da Companhia de Desenvolvimento e Ação Regional (CAR), a iniciar as ações de limpeza e requalificação de 400 aguadas no município.
