O governador do Estado, Jerônimo Rodrigues Souza (PT), esteve na segunda-feira (30), em Bom Jesus da lapa, cumprindo agenda de trabalho, participar da Missa Solene de abertura da Romaria 2025 e para prestigiar os festejos de São Pedro, que fechou o ciclo de festas juninas da região. Acompanhado dos secretários de Estado de Infraestrutura de Transporte, Energia e Comunicação e do Turismo da Bahia, respectivamente Sérgio Luís Lacerda Brito e Maurício Bacelar, e do Superintendente de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia, Karlos da Silva Figueredo, o governador foi recepcionado pelo prefeito Eures Ribeiro Pereira (PSD) e pelo vice-prefeito Miguel Leles da Rocha (Progressistas), além de secretários municipais, vereadores e lideranças políticas locais e regionais.
Na agenda institucional, o governador fez a entrega de novos equipamentos destinados a fortalecer os principais Serviços de Saúde do município.
Foram entregues pelo governador um Aparelho de Raio X Fixo e uma Processadora de Raio X – equipamento especializado utilizado na revelação de imagens radiográficas – destinado à Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) 24h do Bairro São Miguel, que vão garantir mais eficiência e agilidade no atendimento emergencial. O investimento foi de aproximadamente R$ 244 mil.
Para a Unidade de Observação – ambiente voltado ao monitoramento e à avaliação de pacientes que precisam de cuidados médicos, mas não demandam internação hospitalar – do Hospital Municipal Carmela Dutra, o governador fez a entrega de dez leitos (poltronas reclináveis), ampliando a estrutura para melhor acolhimento e conforto dos pacientes. O investimento foi de R$ 9,5 mil.
Os investimentos, segundo destacou o Médico Karlos da Silva Figueredo, Superintendente de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia, fazem parte de um diálogo que o Governo do Estado vem estabelecendo com o município de Bom Jesus da Lapa, em parceria com Santa Maria da Vitória, envolvendo também o o Hospital Geral do Oeste, em Barreiras. De acordo com Karlos Figueredo, a iniciativa abrange toda a região, no âmbito do processo de regionalização e interiorização desenvolvidas pela Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia, no âmbito das ações do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).
O Superintendente de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia reforçou que atualmente, está área está sendo priorizada para intensificar as ações nessas Unidades, com o objetivo de aumentar a resolutividade para a população na macrorregião.
O governador Jerônimo Rodrigues destacou a importância dos investimentos feitos no município, especificamente os que estavam sendo entregues. “Estamos dando um passo importante para oferecer uma Saúde Pública mais moderna e acessível em Bom Jesus da Lapa”, apontou o governador, ressaltando os avanços significativos na infraestrutura, na ampliação do atendimento e na qualificação dos profissionais de Saúde. Segundo Jerônimo Rodrigues, os recursos destinados a Bom Jesus da Lapa e aos municípios da macrorregião têm contribuído para melhorar a qualidade dos Serviços de Saúde oferecidos à população, garantindo mais acesso, eficiência e resultados positivos na prevenção e no tratamento de doenças. Concluiu reforçando que o compromisso é continuar investindo no fortalecimento do Sistema de Saúde de Bom Jesus da Lapa, promovendo maior bem-estar e qualidade de vida aos moradores, além de consolidar o compromisso do Governo com a Saúde Pública, cuidando especialmente das pessoas que mais precisam.
Para o prefeito Eures Ribeiro Pereira (PSD), os investimentos que estão sendo feitos pelo Governo do Estado na Saúde Pública na macrorregião, especificamente em Bom Jesus da Lapa, fruto de parceria com os municípios, voltados para beneficiar diretamente a população lapense, reforça a importância da integração das ações entre a gestão municipal e o Governo Jerônimo Rodrigues, tendo como objetivo o bem estar social da coletividade.
