Nesta segunda-feira (17), o governador Jerônimo Rodrigues autorizou um conjunto de licitações no Centro de Operações e Inteligência (COI), no CAB, visando a execução de obras de Sistemas Integrados de Abastecimento de Água (SIAA) no interior da Bahia. Os projetos, que fazem parte das ações do Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC), têm como objetivo melhorar a infraestrutura hídrica de nove municípios e 108 localidades rurais das regiões baianas de Entre Rios, Dom Basílio, Feira da Mata, Jaguarari, Livramento de Nossa Senhora, Carinhanha, Bom Jesus da Lapa, Santa Maria da Vitória e Juazeiro, beneficiando com água potável. O ato contou também com as presenças do vice-governador, Geraldo Júnior, da secretária de infraestrutura Hídrica, Larissa Moraes, o secretário de Relações institucionais, Adolfo Loyola, o presidente da Cerb, Jayme Vieira Lima, os prefeitos das cidades contempladas, secretários estaduais e outras autoridades.
O estado, que é o primeiro a licitar projetos dessa natureza, vai investir cerca de R$ 135 milhões, com aportes tanto do Ministério das Cidades quanto do governo estadual. Os investimentos devem contemplar várias localidades com sistemas de abastecimento de água, totalizando 38.286 pessoas beneficiadas. O governador Jerônimo Rodrigues destacou a importância desses investimentos não só para o abastecimento de água, mas também para a continuidade da contribuição do Estado nos serviços essenciais para a continuidade da água de qualidade para os municípios. “Graças a essa parceria, estamos hoje licitando, e acabei de autorizar aqui um projeto que envolve nove municípios da Bahia. É uma alegria muito grande poder levar água a nove municípios. Uma grande satisfação. Agradeço ao presidente Lula e à parceria com os prefeitos e municípios. E, é claro, essa responsabilidade também nos chama a cuidar das nascentes, das fontes e do tratamento adequado das águas e dos dejetos.”
O município de Carinhanha, na Bahia, vai receber esses investimentos para a execução das obras do Sistema Integrado de Abastecimento de Água (SIAA) de Barrinha e região. Outro município que terá o fornecimento de água potável para os moradores locais, promovendo qualidade de vida e impulsionando o desenvolvimento da infraestrutura básica da região será Feira da Mata, o investimento chega a R$ 10,1 milhões, beneficiando Pajeú e outras localidades.
A ocasião também marcou um avanço para o saneamento em mais três municípios com a execução das obras de Sistemas Integrados de Abastecimento de Água (SIAA). O valor total para a implementação do SIAA de Ibatui e outras áreas no município de Entre Rios é de aproximadamente R$ 17 milhões, com R$ 5,2 milhões sendo financiados pelo Ministério das Cidades, enquanto o restante de R$ 11,6 milhões será aportado pelo Governo do Estado. “Vamos acabar definitivamente com os carros-pipa. Mostra o compromisso do nosso governo com as comunidades que mais necessitam”, completou o prefeito, Manoelito Argolo Junior.
Em Livramento de Nossa Senhora, as obras do sistema de abastecimento das localidades de Barrinha, Patos e Amola Faca, com um custo total de R$ 7,7 milhões, beneficiarão 3,9 mil habitantes, com mais de R$ 5 milhões sendo financiados pelo Ministério e R$ 2,1 milhões complementados pelo governo estadual. Já no município de Jaguarari, as obras para o SIAA de Flamengo, Alagadiço do Flamengo e Barrinha terão um investimento de R$ 9,7 milhões.
A iniciativa visa também garantir o acesso à água potável e melhorar a qualidade de vida de mais dois municípios. Dom Basílio, na Bahia, será beneficiado com a melhoria da infraestrutura hídrica local com a execução das obras do Sistema Integrado de Abastecimento de Água (SIAA) das localidades que incluem Santa Luzia, Tabuá, Morro do Engenho, entre outras, com um investimento estimado de R$ 9,3 milhões, recursos provenientes do Ministério das Cidades. Já o município de Juazeiro, contará com a implementação do SIAA para diversas comunidades, como Frade, São Tomé e Pau Preto, com um valor total de R$ 22,4 milhões. Desse total, R$ 6,1 milhões virão do Ministério das Cidades, enquanto o restante será financiado pelo Governo do Estado. A iniciativa visa beneficiar mais de 1.700 habitantes da região, com a promessa de melhorar significativamente o acesso à água potável, um avanço essencial para a qualidade de vida local.
“É um motivo de muita alegria poder estar aqui hoje, compartilhando esse momento especial das nossas vidas. Eu fui vereador em 2004, e lutei muito para que esse projeto de água da região pudesse acontecer, fiz várias indicações, mas o município não tinha recurso naquela época. E hoje estar aqui como prefeito e ver o governador Jerônimo fazendo acontecer esse projeto tão sonhado é gratificante”, completou o prefeito da cidade, Tonho de Zé de Agdônio ao se referir aos mais de R$13,7 milhões que serão destinados ao sistema de água que beneficiará 10 localidades do município de Santa Maria da Vitória.
A assinatura das licitações reflete o compromisso do Governo do Estado em garantir a expansão da infraestrutura de saneamento e abastecimento, conforme os objetivos do PAC. A previsão é que os projetos irão beneficiar mais de 35 mil pessoas, promovendo saúde, qualidade de vida e desenvolvimento sustentável para as comunidades. O prazo é que as obras sejam executadas entre sete e 12 meses. De acordo com a secretária de Infraestrutura Hídrica, Larissa Moraes, “uma agenda incrível, que eu chego a me arrepiar em falar, porque é a primeira vez que a gente está dando esse grande salto. É o primeiro projeto do PAC relacionado à água a ser aprovado junto com o nosso presidente Lula. Então é uma felicidade muito grande, não só para mim e para o nosso governador Jerônimo Rodrigues, mas também para todos os baianos e baianas que vão ser beneficiados. E a gente está aqui para isso, para lutar e realizar o sonho de cada baiano e de cada baiana”. Na ocasião Jerônimo ainda acrescentou que sete municípios terão a publicação das licitações nesta terça-feira e dois no máximo na próxima sexta-feira (21).
O presidente da Cerb, Jayme Vieira Lima acrescentou, “uma das metas do nosso governador é a universalização de água e democratizar o acesso de água potável para todas as comunidades rurais no estado. Pela primeira vez a gente tem na história do PAC o cadastramento e financiamento para obras de saneamento rural e conseguimos, pela Cerb, pelo Governo do Estado, cadastrar junto ao ministério das cidades, nove obras fundamentais para o estado”.
