O Governo da Bahia, por meio da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Rural (SDR), lançou Edital de Chamamento Público para selecionar Organizações da Sociedade Civil (OSC) interessadas em executar o Projeto Palmas para Agricultura Familiar. A iniciativa, coordenada pela Superintendência de Agricultura Familiar (SUAF), tem como objeto estabelecer redes de gestão, produção, multiplicação e distribuição de mudas de palma forrageira no Estado, formando uma reserva estratégica de alimentação animal para os períodos de estiagem.
A Chamada Pública está disponível no site da SDR (www.sdr.ba.gov.br) e prevê investimento de R$ 4,5 milhões para a produção e distribuição de 10 milhões de mudas de palma forrageira, beneficiando cerca de 10 mil famílias em 24 Territórios da Bahia.
As inscrições ficam abertas até 11 de outubro e o recebimento das propostas pode ser feito por meio digital, via e-mail gabinete.suaf@sdr.ba.gov.br, ou presencialmente, das 09h às 17h, na sede da SDR, localizada na Avenida Luís Viana Filho, Conjunto SEPLAN, CAB, CEP 41745-000 – Salvador/BA.
Com essa ação, a SDR reafirma seu compromisso com o fortalecimento da agricultura familiar, a segurança alimentar e a convivência produtiva com o Semiárido.
