O Governo Federal, por meio do Ministério do Desenvolvimento e Assistência Social, Família e Combate à Fome (MDS), publicou nesta quarta-feira, 9 de julho, no Diário Oficial da União (DOU), a Portaria nº 1.97/2025, que amplia o alcance do Bolsa Família para famílias em condições de maior vulnerabilidade social.
A medida inclui mais três novos perfis entre os grupos prioritários para ingresso no Bolsa Família: famílias com pessoas em situação de rua, com integrantes em risco social associado à violação de direitos e com pessoas em risco de segurança alimentar, conforme identificação do Ministério da Saúde. A mudança passa a valer a partir da folha de pagamento do benefício de julho de 2025.
Esses segmentos somam-se aos já previstos, que abrange famílias com integrantes em situação de trabalho infantil, com integrantes libertos de situação análoga à de trabalho escravo, quilombolas e indígenas, além de famílias com catadores de material reciclável.
“O objetivo é aumentar o nível de proteção social, de segurança de renda e de segurança alimentar em favor de famílias que se encontram em situação de alto risco social. As inclusões são decorrentes de um olhar articulado do Bolsa Família com outras políticas públicas”, afirmou o ministro Wellington Dias (MDS).
BOLSA FAMÍLIA — Maior programa de transferência de renda do país, o Bolsa Família já tirou milhões de brasileiros da fome e foi relançado em 2023 com um modelo de benefícios que considera o tamanho e as características familiares, garantindo mais proteção às famílias. Além de garantir renda para as famílias em situação de pobreza, o programa busca integrar políticas e fortalecer o acesso a direitos básicos como saúde, educação e assistência social. A iniciativa também integra ações em áreas como esporte, ciência e trabalho, fundamentais para superar a pobreza e haver transformação social.
