O governo federal vai investir cerca de R$ 9 bilhões no Plano Viver Sem Limite II, voltado para a promoção dos direitos de pessoas com deficiência. O pacote será lançado no próximo dia 16, mas a cifra foi antecipada pelo ministro dos Direitos Humanos e da Cidadania, Silvio Almeida, em entrevista a emissoras de rádio durante o programa Bom dia, Ministro, do Canal Gov.
“São mais de 100 ações indicadas e 22 estruturantes. Participam 30 ministérios. Embora seja uma ação coordenada e organizada pelo Ministério dos Direitos Humanos e da Cidadania, é uma ação do governo federal”, disse. “É um plano que resgata a energia e a força do primeiro Plano Viver sem Limite, que foi um marco no direito das pessoas com deficiência o Brasil.”
De acordo com o ministro, o plano contará com quatro eixos: gestão e participação social; enfrentamento ao capacitismo e à violência; acessibilidade e tecnologia assistiva; e promoção do direito à educação, à assistência social, à saúde e aos direitos econômicos, sociais, culturais e ambientais. “Será detalhado no próximo dia 16”.
Ainda segundo Almeida, a elaboração do Plano Viver Sem Limite II contou com a participação da sociedade civil, por meio do Conselho Nacional dos Direitos das Pessoas com Deficiência. “Em resumo, novembro guarda grandes surpresas, emoções”, avaliou. “Trata-se de uma entrega importante para o Brasil”.
