Com a temporada de declaração do Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física (IRPF) 2025 em andamento, o Conselho Regional de Contabilidade da Bahia (CRCBA) esclarece algumas dúvidas, entre elas, sobre: o IRPF Rural, declaração de criptomoedas, Imposto de Renda sobre ganho de capital e imposto de transação de imóveis.
Estas e outras obrigatoriedades constam na normativa 2255, divulgada pela Receita Federal em março deste ano.
Em 2025, a Receita espera receber 46,2 milhões de declarações do Imposto de Renda. Na Bahia, são estimadas 1.829.334 declarantes, o que representa aumento de 6,9% em relação a 2024, cujo registro foi de 1.711.038 declarações.
Ganho de capital
As pessoas físicas que obtiveram lucro com a venda de bens e direitos sujeitos à tributação também terão de declarar o IRPF 2025.
Estão obrigados a preencher a declaração do Imposto de Renda em 2025 os contribuintes que realizaram a atualização do valor de seus bens imóveis e pagaram o imposto de ganho de capital diferenciado em dezembro de 2024
O presidente do CRCBA, contador Sérvio Túlio dos Santos de Moura, frisa que as informações do ganho de capital são uma transferência do programa Ganho de Capital das informações que ocorreram em 2024. “Caso não tenham sido atendidas as legislações pertinentes, as informações estarão erradas. Para isso, é necessário ter a orientação de um profissional contábil”.
IRPF Rural
O vice-presidente de Fiscalização, Ética e Disciplina do CRCBA, contador Edson França, explica que, neste ano, os produtores rurais pessoa física obrigados a declarar o Imposto de Renda enquadram-se em pelo menos uma das seguintes condições:
Produtores com receita bruta anual superior a R$ 169.440,00;
Aqueles que receberam rendimentos tributáveis acima de R$ 33.888,00;
Produtores que receberam rendimentos isentos, não tributáveis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte acima de R$ 200.000,00;
Quem possuía, em 31 de dezembro de 2024, bens ou direitos (incluindo terra nua) com valor total superior a R$ 800.000,00;
Produtores rurais que pretendem compensar prejuízos fiscais de anos anteriores.
Porém, os produtores rurais têm direito à deduções específicas que podem reduzir a base de cálculo do imposto: despesas com a atividade rural, contribuições previdenciárias e investimentos em infraestrutura.
Criptomoedas
Cidadãos que possuam criptomoedas com valor de aquisição igual ou superior a R$ 5 mil devem declará-las no Imposto de Renda. Abaixo disso, a declaração se torna opcional, conforme a Receita Federal.
O representante do CRCBA contador Gilvan Ribeiro de Assis comenta que, em 2025, a mudança significativa está relacionada a informação prestada acerca dos ativos em criptomoedas. “A Receita Federal agora solicita que os investidores de criptomoedas informem seus ativos na Ficha de Bens e Direitos”, disse.
Em vez de um campo específico na Ficha de Rendimentos, os criptoativos deverão ser declarados separadamente, “o que pode gerar dificuldades para aqueles que realizam diversas transações”.
Transação de imóveis
Na declaração do IR 2025, os contribuintes que fizeram transações (como compra, venda, doação, consórcios, reformas e financiamentos em 2024) estão obrigados a declarar.
Também está obrigado o contribuinte que teve ganho de capital na alienação de bens ou direitos sujeitos à incidência de imposto em qualquer mês.
No entanto, o contador Gilvan Ribeiro esclarece que se ocorrer a venda de um único imóvel de até R$ 400 mil e se nos últimos 5 anos o contribuinte não vendeu nenhum outro imóvel, tributável ou não,“terá isenção do pagamento de IR sobre ganho de capital. Isso vale para qualquer tipo de bem, seja de posse individual, em comunhão ou condomínio, nas zonas urbana ou rural”.
