Inauguração de Clínica marca uma nova era na qualidade de vida em Brumado

Foi inaugurada na segunda-feira (04), em Brumado, a Clínica Anima – Fisioterapia e Pilates, que tem à frente a fisioterapeuta Laíse Santos e Silva, com a proposta de disponibilizar, através de profissionais especializados, entre outras, diversas técnicas, métodos e informações relacionadas ao trabalho corporal, sejam elas terapêuticas, corretivas ou preventivas que são essenciais para uma melhora da qualidade de vida.

Em um ambiente amplo, climatizado, confortável e com aparelhos modernos, o Estúdio de Pilates da Anima, como explica a fisioterapeuta Laíse Silva, tem como objetivo promover o equilíbrio entre o corpo e a mente dos pacientes/alunos, oferecendo serviços de qualidade, diferenciados e, principalmente, acompanhamento personalizado

Conforme explica a fisioterapeuta, os interessados já podem agendar uma aula experimental gratuita através dos telefones (77) 3441-6159 ou (77) 99959-6352, independente da sua idade, pois o Pilates é indicado para crianças a partir de sete anos, jovens, adultos e idosos, inclusive para gestantes.

A empreendedora destaca ainda que o método Pilates tem seus princípios baseados em exercícios que trabalham tanto o corpo quanto a mente. “Em síntese, como destacou Joseph Pilates, idealizador do método Pilates: “(…) É a mente que esculpe o corpo””, aponta Laíse, acrescentando que o Pilates busca ainda fortalecer músculos fracos, alongar os que estão encurtados e aumentar a mobilidade das articulações. “Trabalha-se também na melhoria da postura do indivíduo e auxilia no tratamento de lesões”, enfatiza.

De acordo com a fisioterapeuta, que é graduada em Fisioterapia com especialização em Neurologia pela PUC Minas e com curso e monitoria de Pilates, além da experiência na gestão da Ativa Fisioterapia e Pilates, em Belo Horizonte – empresa que fundou e dirigiu por 28 meses, antes de decidir, depois de dezenove anos, retornar a Brumado –  uma das prioridades da Anima é garantir a abrangência no atendimento, mas, conforme ressalta, com a preocupação em cuidar das especificidades de cada indivíduo, investindo em um atendimento personalizado. “Antes de qualquer procedimento nós avaliamos todo o perfil do paciente, de forma a propor e acompanhar o atendimento pensado especialmente para cada situação”, explica Laíse.

Para isso, a Anima Fisioterapia e Pilates, que vai contar com profissionais especializados, vai disponibilizar, inclusive, atendimentos domiciliares de fisioterapia e Pilates para pacientes que tenham dificuldade de locomoção e já começa contando com uma importante parceria, já formalizada, com um dos mais renomados fisioterapeutas brumadenses, Tito Almeida.

A Clínica Anima – Fisioterapia e Pilates funcionará de segunda a sexta, das 06hs00 às 20hs00, na Rua Cel. Paulino Chaves, 179, Centro, em Brumado.
