Os contribuintes do Imposto sobre Propriedade de Veículos Automotores (IPVA) na Bahia contam com mais uma facilidade para quitar o tributo em 2026, além do desconto de 15%: o pagamento poderá ser feito via Pix, de forma rápida e prática por meio da plataforma www.ba.gov.br. Para isso, basta acessar a página, entrar com usuário e senha, e escolher o serviço: “Pagar Licenciamento Cota Única”. Depois é só colocar o número do Renavam do veículo e gerar o Documento de Arrecadação Estadual (DAE), que já vem com o código de barras e o QR Code do pix.
Esse já é o terceiro ano em que a modalidade de pagamento é adotada pela Secretaria da Fazenda do Estado (Sefaz-BA), em parceria com o Departamento Estadual de Trânsito (Detran) e a Secretaria da Administração (Saeb). Outra forma de acessar o ba.gov.br é utilizando usuário e senha do gov.br, plataforma digital unificada do Governo Federal.
Outras opções de pagamento
Outra opção para quitar o IPVA é ir até uma agência ou caixa eletrônico do Banco do Brasil, Bradesco ou Bancoob, com o número do Renavam em mãos, ou utilizar os aplicativos e sites destes bancos pelo smartphone ou computador. Caso não possa pagar até o dia 10 de fevereiro, o contribuinte tem ainda a opção de quitar o imposto com 8% de desconto, de acordo com a Sefaz-BA. Para isso, é necessário que faça o pagamento do valor integral do tributo até o dia do vencimento da primeira cota do parcelamento previsto para o seu veículo, de acordo com o calendário do IPVA 2026.
O Estado da Bahia manteve também a possibilidade de parcelamento em cinco vezes, que pode ser feito conforme o calendário anual, levando em conta o número final da placa do veículo. Caso a opção seja por parcelar o IPVA, o contribuinte deve se lembrar de que os débitos referentes à taxa de licenciamento e a eventuais multas de trânsito deverão ser pagos até o prazo final do pagamento em cota única ou da quinta parcela do IPVA.
O imposto do exercício atual só poderá ser parcelado se o valor do débito for igual ou superior a R$ 120,00. A Sefaz-BA lembra que a opção do parcelamento referente a débitos anteriores a 2026 será admitida apenas caso este pagamento ocorra junto com o do exercício atual.
Condições atrativas
O diretor de Arrecadação da Sefaz-BA, Augusto Guenem, ressalta que “os descontos especiais e as condições atrativas de parcelamento integram a estratégia do governo baiano para facilitar ao máximo o pagamento pelos contribuintes, que podem optar pela melhor maneira de quitar o imposto”.
De acordo com o fisco estadual, a frota tributável da Bahia é de cerca de 2,7 milhões de veículos. O IPVA constitui a segunda fonte de arrecadação tributária do Estado. O valor arrecadado com o imposto é dividido meio a meio com o município onde o veículo foi emplacado.
