Nos dias 23 e 24 de setembro, Itapetinga foi palco da Oficina Territorial de Capacitação do Sistema de Informação para a Infância e Adolescência – Conselho Tutelar (SIPIA-CT), promovida pela Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Direitos Humanos da Bahia, por meio da Coordenação de Proteção à Criança e ao Adolescente.
O encontro reuniu 47 participantes de 12 municípios do Território Médio Sudoeste Baiano, entre Conselheiros Tutelares, Conselheiros de Direitos e profissionais da Rede de Proteção. O objetivo foi qualificar o uso do Sistema de Informação para a Infância e Adolescência – Conselho Tutelar (SIPIA-CT), ferramenta obrigatória para registro, monitoramento e encaminhamento de casos de violação de direitos de crianças e adolescentes.
A Coordenadora Estadual do SIPIA na Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Direitos Humanos da Bahia, Liliane Tavares Santos, destacou a importância da iniciativa. “O alinhamento é fundamental para garantir a proteção integral desse público”, afirmou.
A capacitação foi bem recebida pelos participantes. Para Wilson Dias, Conselheiro Tutelar de Maiquinique, o treinamento representou uma oportunidade de aprofundar o conhecimento sobre o Sistema. “É uma grande ferramenta para o Conselheiro Tutelar”, disse.
João Pedro Oliveira, advogado do Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social (Creas), da Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social de Itapetinga, ressaltou o papel do SIPIA na articulação entre os órgãos da Rede. “A capacitação é essencial para viabilizar a comunicação de violações de direitos entre o Conselho Tutelar, o Creas (Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social), o Cras (Centro de Referência em Assistência Social) e toda a rede municipal”, pontuou.
Já Daires de Souza Porto Luz, presidente do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente de Macarani, enfatizou o impacto da plataforma na gestão de dados. “O Sistema será de grande importância para termos parâmetros sobre violações de direitos no município e em todo o Território”, avaliou.

O Sistema de Informação para a Infância e Adolescência é uma plataforma nacional que reúne dados sobre denúncias, atendimentos e encaminhamentos realizados pelos Conselhos Tutelares. A ferramenta permite o acompanhamento dos casos e subsidia a formulação de políticas públicas voltadas à proteção dos direitos previstos no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA).
