A Caixa Econômica Federal informou que alguns sistemas do aplicativo do Fundo de Garantia por Tempo de Serviço (FGTS) que tratam de antecipação do saque-aniversário, recepção de novas solicitações de saque do FGTS, uso do FGTS na moradia própria, estão em manutenção, e que, portanto, não estão acessíveis.
Segundo o banco, a situação deve se normalizar a partir do dia 4 de março.
Ainda de Acordo com a Caixa, o app FGTS está disponível para outros serviços, como consulta ao extrato do FGTS, consulta a valores de FGTS já liberados para crédito em conta bancária, consulta a valores liberados para saque nos diversos canais de atendimento do banco, além da geração do CRF.
