A partir deste mês de janeiro, o valor recolhido mensalmente pelos Microempreendedores Individuais (MEIs) passa para R$ 75,90 e pode chegar a até R$ 81,90, a depender da atividade exercida. Isso ocorre porque houve aumento do salário mínimo, de R$ 1.412 para R$ 1.518, com ganho de 7,5% acima da inflação. Com isso, alguns benefícios sociais e cobranças também são reajustados, como o Documento de Arrecadação do Simples Nacional (DAS-MEI).
O DAS-MEI terá um novo valor porque ele inclui o valor referente à contribuição para o Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS), custo que representa 5% do salário mínimo para MEI mais R$ 1 para quem exerce atividades sujeitas ao pagamento de ICMS e R$ 5 para aqueles que exercem atividades sujeitas ao ISSQN.
Para o MEI Caminhoneiro, o valor do DAS mensal será entre R$ 182,16 e R$ 188,16, de acordo com o tipo de produto transportado e local para onde é destinado, segundo informações do Sebrae.
DAS-MEI O pagamento do DAS-MEI é obrigatório e ocorre todo dia 20 de cada mês. E deve ocorrer mesmo que o microempreendedor individual não esteja atuando.
Pela guia de pagamento são recolhidos os impostos de ICMS e ISS, além da contribuição ao INSS.
Por meio da contribuição obrigatória, o trabalhador dessa modalidade tem direito a vários benefícios previdenciários, como aposentadoria por invalidez, auxílio-doença, salário-maternidade, pensão por morte, aposentadoria por idade e auxílio-reclusão para seus familiares.
