Sócio fundador da iCred, fintech que facilita o empréstimo pessoal e consignado, alerta sobre a importância de separar as contas para ter mais chances de sucesso

Mais de 1,3 milhão de empresas foram abertas no Brasil no primeiro quadrimestre de 2022, segundo o Boletim do Mapa das Empresas, 11,5% a mais do que o registrado no último quadrimestre do ano passado. O empreendedorismo segue em alta e os micro e pequenos negócios se destacam, representando 99% do total das empresas e respondendo por 27% do PIB nacional, segundo o boletim. Muitos desses empreendedores passam por algumas dificuldades no começo do negócio e uma das mais comuns é diferenciar o dinheiro pessoal da renda da empresa.
“É importante ter controle. Ao abrir um negócio como Microempreendedor Individual (MEI), por exemplo, é interessante separar uma quantia para despesas pessoais e deixar outra para as contas da empresa, como estoque e giro de capital. Conciliar as duas ‘vidas’ de forma organizada aumenta as chances de sucesso financeiro”, explica Túlio Mattos, sócio fundador da iCred, fintech que facilita o empréstimo pessoal e consignado.
O executivo dá três dicas que ajudam a evitar a confusão das contas pessoais e profissionais. Confira:
1- Contas bancárias separadas
Uma das formas de se fazer uma distinção clara entre o dinheiro pessoal e o da empresa é manter uma conta bancária exclusiva para o negócio, ou seja, separada da conta bancária pessoal.
“Muitas instituições oferecem opções de contas de pessoa jurídica e essa diferenciação é importante até para saber quanto entra e sai da sua empresa”, orienta Túlio.
2- Anote as entradas e saídas
Além das contas bancárias separadas, ter uma planilha, caderno ou aplicativo, com o registro de todas as entradas e saídas, ajuda o empreendedor a ter uma visão ampla da saúde financeira do negócio e a identificar o que é efetivamente despesa e receita da empresa.
“A criação de um fluxo de caixa pode ajudar. Com isso, é possível ter uma visão macro e planejar os próximos passos, contas a receber e a pagar. Recomendo fazer o mesmo na vida pessoal, para ter um controle melhor do orçamento doméstico e enxergar de forma clara o dinheiro pessoal e o profissional”, diz o sócio fundador da iCred.
3- Defina seu salário
A maior dificuldade de um MEI é definir seu pró-labore ou salário. Ele é diferente do lucro da empresa.
“Não transfira o lucro do negócio obtido em um mês para sua conta, como se fosse um salário. Pesquise quanto uma pessoa do ramo ganha no mercado e separe essa quantia como seu pró-labore. Assim, você terá mais controle sobre os gastos e as receitas da empresa, aumentando suas chances de fazê-la ser bem-sucedida”, finaliza Túlio.
