A estação das flores, do colorido e do aumento da luz solar, chegou. A Primavera é uma das estações do ano mais aguardada por muitos.

Ela emite o frescor da renovação, associado à temperaturas, dias longos e com o espetáculo florescer da natureza, que explode em cores, cheiros e vibração.

Um combo de ingredientes que estimulam, positivamente, nosso cérebro e contribui para o equilíbrio da nossa saúde mental.

Diferente do que acontece nos períodos mais frios e chuvosos, como o Inverno, em que a falta de luz pode intensificar sintomas relacionados a transtornos depressivos, por conta da baixa regulação dos neurotransmissores, na Primavera temos a tendência a sofrer com o efeito contrário: uma maior tendência a uma elevação no estado de ânimo e autoestima, disposição, desejo de sociabilizar, através do estímulo da alegria.

Esses aspectos mostram que o clima possui uma grande influência no humor humano. Na saúde mental, a manifestação pode ser traduzida através do Transtorno Afetivo Sazonal (TAS) que é mais frequente no inverno, pois ativa os sintomas depressivos, mas também pode ser registrado em outras estações, dependendo do quadro clínico do indivíduo.

As estações mais solares, como a Primavera e o Verão, exercem uma função importante no estímulo à produção de vitamina D no corpo, responsável por produzir hormônios que combatem a depressão. Porém, como já sabemos que todo excesso pode ser prejudicial, o calor intenso e contínuo, pode provocar, mesmo nos amantes das altas temperaturas, um desequilíbrio emocional que vai alterar hábitos e sensações.

Sendo no humor, um dos impactos mais perceptíveis, pois aumenta a irritabilidade, a fadiga mental e o estresse. O agravamento desses efeitos no corpo pode contribuir para elevar a ansiedade, o pânico e a insônia, piorando a qualidade e desregulando o sono.

Outro aspecto é a potencialização da irritabilidade daqueles que possuem tendência à sofrerem com a Distimia – Mau humor exagerado, dificultando as interações sociais e aumentando os conflitos. O impacto das estações no emocional pode afetar as pessoas de formas singulares. Algumas sofrem mais e outras menos.

O ideal é encontrar um equilíbrio emocional, associado a hábitos saudáveis em qualquer uma dessas 4 influências climáticas anuais. Por exemplo, manter o corpo sempre hidratado, além de trabalhar a respiração para conseguir regular a mente e o corpo e renovar o ânimo e o desejo de contemplar as belezas e os pequenos

detalhes da vida.

A alimentação leve e saudável, a regulagem de atividades físicas, de modo a evitar a fadiga e a desaceleração das atividades, bem como a diminuição do estresse e dos excessos, também são de suma importância no fortalecimento do autocuidado.

Enfim, cada uma das estações possui suas particularidades. A primavera em especial traz a vantagem do colorido das flores e as influências da luz solar, com temperaturas amenas que refletem uma sensação de acolhimento em nosso relógio biológico e no nosso humor.

O segredo para aproveitar cada um desses benefícios é entender, quais deles potencializa seu sentimento de bem estar e quais desequilibram seu corpo e sua mente.

Assim, evitando excessos e buscando o prazer em pequenos detalhes, através dos hábitos saudáveis, ao longo de todo o ano, faça chuva ou faça sol, fique cinza ou colorido, sua saúde mental sempre espelhará o autocuidado.

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
