Polícia Federal deflagra quarta fase da Operação Overclean contra organização criminosa envolvida em fraudes licitatórias e desvios de recursos públicos na Bahia. Além de Salvador e Camaçari, a Ação cumpriu Mandados de Busca e Apreensão e Medidas Cautelares em Boquira, Ibipitanga e Paratinga

Nesta sexta-feira, 27 de junho, a Polícia Federal, em parceria com a Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU) e a Receita Federal do Brasil, deu início à quarta fase da Operação Overclean, uma ação voltada a desmantelar uma organização criminosa suspeita de atuar em fraudes relacionadas a Licitações Públicas, desvio de recursos provenientes de emendas parlamentares, corrupção e lavagem de dinheiro.
Na operação estão sendo cumpridos, desde as primeiras horas da manhã, 16 Mandados de Busca e Apreensão nas cidades de Salvador, Camaçari, Boquira, Ibipitanga e Paratinga. Além disso, foram expedidos pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal três ordens de afastamento cautelar de servidores públicos, visando garantir a investigação e prevenir possíveis interferências nos processos. Três agentes públicos, além de serem alvo de Busca e Apreensão, foram afastados cautelarmente de suas funções. São eles, os prefeitos de Ibipitanga, Humberto Raimundo – Beto – Rodrigues de Oliveira (PT), e de Boquira, Alan Machado França (PSB), e o assessor do deputado Félix de Almeida Mendonça Filho (PDT/BA), Marcelo Chaves Gomes.
Também alvo da Operação, o parlamentar pedetista Félix de Almeida Mendonça Filho, que teve o sigilo telefônico quebrado, é apontado pelas investigações como principal operador financeiro do esquema. .
O ex-prefeito de Paratinga, Marcel José Carneiro de Carvalho (PT), também foi alvo de Mandado de Busca e Apreensão.
Durante o cumprimento do Mandado de Busca e Apreensão, os Policiais Federais encontraram uma grande quantia em dinheiro, que foi apreendida, em gavetas de um guarda-roupa e de um armário na casa do ex-prefeito de Paratinga, Marcel José Carneiro de Carvalho (PT). Ainda não há informações sobre o valor encontrado.
As investigações indicam que o núcleo suspeito estaria envolvido na liberação de emendas parlamentares destinadas às cidades de Boquira, Ibipitanga e Paratinga, no período de 2021 a 2024. Segundo as apurações, esses recursos públicos teriam sido liberados mediante pagamento de vantagens indevidas, além de haver manipulação de procedimentos licitatórios para beneficiar empresas e indivíduos ligados ao esquema.
Os crimes investigados incluem a formação de organização criminosa, corrupção ativa e passiva, peculato, fraude em licitações e contratos administrativos, além de lavagem de dinheiro. As ações visam desarticular a estrutura criminosa e recuperar recursos públicos desviados, reforçando o combate à corrupção e à impunidade na administração pública.
A operação demonstra o compromisso das forças de segurança e órgãos de controle em coibir práticas ilícitas e garantir maior transparência na gestão de recursos públicos, especialmente aqueles provenientes de emendas parlamentares destinadas ao desenvolvimento dos municípios baianos.
A reportagem do JS tentou, sem sucesso, ouvir os prefeitos de Ibipitanga, Humberto Raimundo – Beto – Rodrigues de Oliveira (PT), e de Boquira, Alan Machado França (PSB), e o ex-prefeito de Paratinga, Marcel osé Carneiro de Carvalho (PT). Também não foi possivel localizar o deputado federal Félix de Almeida Mendonça Filho (PDT/BA) e seu Assessor, Marcelo Chaves Gomes.
