O deputado estadual José Raimundo Fontes (PT) e o vereador conquistense Fernando – Jacaré – Vasconcelos Silva (PT) se reuniram na última terça-feira (16), em Salvador, com o novo Diretor-Geral do Departamento Estadual de Trânsito da Bahia (Detran-BA), Max Adolfo Passos Mendes, para tratar da construção de pistas e instalações adequadas para a realização de exames práticos de habilitação de condutores de carros e motos em Vitória da Conquista.
A proposta prevê a implantação do espaço na área externa do Shopping Boulevard, em parceria com a administração do centro comercial. A demanda, considerada estratégica para o município, já havia sido discutida anteriormente com o ex-diretor do Detran, Rodrigo Pimentel de Souza LIma, e segue em análise pelo órgão.
O deputado estadual Zé Raimundo destacou a importância da iniciativa e demonstrou otimismo quanto ao avanço das negociações. “Estamos acompanhando esse pleito junto com o vereador Jacaré (Fernando Vasconcelos Silva) e o Coordenador da 4ª Ciretran de Vitória da Conquista, Josevaldo Santana, para que as tratativas entre o Shopping e o Governo do Estado sejam concluídas e a obra autorizada”, afirmou.
A medida visa melhorar as condições para os candidatos à habilitação, oferecendo mais estrutura, segurança e organização ao processo de avaliação prática no município.
