A Petrobras retomou o programa de estágio, cuja seleção estava suspensa desde 2019. A expectativa é de mais de 200 vagas em 11 estados: Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Espírito Santo, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, Rio Grande do Norte, Bahia, Ceará, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul e Pernambuco.
Os estagiários receberão bolsa-auxílio mensal de R$ 1,8 mil e vale-transporte, quando a empresa não oferecer transporte próprio, seguro contra acidentes pessoais e recesso remunerado de 15 dias a cada 6 meses, conforme determina a legislação.
Os interessados devem se inscrever entre os dias 7 e 16, no site do Centro de Integração Empresa-Escola (Ciee), entidade organizadora do recrutamento e da seleção. Todo o processo seletivo, que inclui as provas, será online e conduzido pelo Ciee.
“As etapas do processo incluem prova online, análise comportamental e exames médicos admissionais. Todas as etapas do processo devem ser acompanhadas pelo site.” Segundo a empresa, as admissões devem começar em setembro.
Segundo o gerente executivo de Recursos Humanos da Petrobras, Felipe Freitas, o programa vai permitir a renovação da empresa. “Vamos oxigenar a Petrobras com estudantes de diversas áreas de formação de nível superior, que terão oportunidade de desenvolver suas habilidades, a partir de uma trilha de aprendizado especialmente desenvolvida para eles.”
Freitas informou que os estudantes poderão fazer mentoria de carreira e exercer seu protagonismo, atuando em equipes na busca de soluções para resolução de desafios que serão apresentados ao longo do ciclo de estágio. De acordo com a Petrobras, os estagiários serão acompanhados por especialistas em gestão de projetos externos e terão suporte técnico de padrinhos internos na empresa.
As vagas disponíveis são para estudantes de cursos superiores de administração, análise de dados, análise de sistemas, ciência da computação, comunicação social (jornalismo, publicidade e relações públicas), contabilidade, direito, engenharia (computação, automação e controle, elétrica, mecânica, petróleo, produção e química), estatística, geologia e serviço social.

A carga horária de trabalho é de 4 horas diárias, em compatibilidade com o horário escolar.”
No período de 12 meses de duração do estágio, além das atividades rotineiras, os estudantes participarão de treinamentos na Universidade Petrobras e passarão por desafios com equipes multidisciplinares e serão provocados a apresentar soluções para problemas reais das diversas áreas da companhia.
