Ação resultou na apreensão de quase R$ 1 Milhão em produtos

A Polícia Civil da Bahia, através da 10ª Coordenadoria Regional de Polícia Civil, por meio da Delegacia de Repressão a Furtos e Roubos de Vitória da Conquista, cumpriu nesta terça-feira (11) quatro Mandados de Busca e Apreensão expedidos pela Vara Regional das Garantias de São José do Rio Preto (SP), em estabelecimentos comerciais e academias do município. A operação resultou na desarticulação de um esquema de estelionato que utilizava empresas de fachada para adquirir, de forma fraudulenta, suplementos alimentares da marca Strong.
Segundo as investigações, um representante comercial de 34 anos falsificava comprovantes de pagamento para obter os produtos. Os suplementos, apreendidos na ação, avaliados em R$ 985.694,00, eram enviados para endereços ligados ao suspeito em Vitória da Conquista e também para cidades do interior paulista, como Votuporanga – sede da empresa lesada – e Itaquaquecetuba.
A apuração aponta indícios de dolo específico e possível associação criminosa. Todo o material apreendido será restituído à fabricante.De acordo com Odilson Pereira, delegado responsável pela operação, a ação teve como objetivo desmantelar um esquema que causou prejuízo significativo a uma empresa nacional. As investigações continuam para identificar outros possíveis envolvidos.
