Por DCS/ PMBA/ BA.gov.br
A Polícia Militar da Bahia (PMBA) preparou um planejamento especial para oferecer mais segurança a baianos e turistas nas festas de final de ano com a Operação Réveillon 2024/2025. Vale lembrar que, nesta temporada do ano, o policiamento já está reforçado com a Operação Verão.
As ações ostensivas serão intensificadas nos principais pontos turísticos, nos grandes eventos e nos locais de queima de fogos, com atenção às regiões com maior concentração de pessoas, bem como nas rodovias estaduais. Na capital baiana serão realizados eventos de réveillon em bairros como Piatã, Barra e Boca do Rio, que vão contar com reforço operacional.
A PMBA também dará atenção especial nas estações de transbordo, rodoviária, ferry boat, aeroporto internacional e na parte externa das estações de metrô, inclusive nos horários de funcionamento especial previstos para esse período. O Festival da Virada, que acontece na Arena “O Canto da Cidade”, na Boca do Rio, contará com 3.254 policiais militares em todos os dias de festa, de 27 a 31 de dezembro.
O efetivo estará distribuído em patrulhas com o suporte de 13 Postos Elevados de Observação (PEO) e dois portais de abordagens nos acessos ao evento, com detectores de metais e câmeras de reconhecimento facial da Secretaria de Segurança Pública (SSP-BA). Já o entorno da festa será intensificado com o emprego de viaturas em rondas, cavalos e drones para o monitoramento aéreo do policiamento e do público presente.
O Festival da Virada reúne o efetivo do Comando de Policiamento Regional da Capital – Atlântico (CPRC-A), Comando de Policiamento em Missões Especiais (CPME), Comando de Policiamento de Apoio Operacional (CPAp) e Comando de Policiamento Especializado (CPE). Ainda em Salvador, o policiamento será reforçado no “Pôr do Som”, evento que acontece tradicionalmente no Farol da Barra no primeiro dia do ano.
Rodovias estaduais
O Comando Especializado de Policiamento Rodoviário (CEPRv), que envolve o Batalhão de Polícia Rodoviária (BPRv) e as Companhias Independentes de Policiamento Rodoviário (CIPRv) de Itabuna, Brumado e Barreiras irá ampliar as abordagens preventivas e as ações de fiscalização da ingestão de bebida alcóolica aliada à direção, do porte obrigatório dos documentos (condutor e veículo), do respeito às leis de trânsito em geral e da velocidade máxima permitida com a utilização de radares.
No interior, a corporação reforça a atuação tendo em vista o acréscimo de público nos locais de festa em um planejamento em que todas as regiões do estado são contempladas por tropas convencionais e especializadas da PMBA. Os principais destinos turísticos na alta estação também contarão com o reforço das ações ostensivas da Polícia Militar para proporcionar segurança a baianos e turistas na chegada de 2025.
