Durante entrevista concedida à Rádio Educadora Santana 100,7 FM, em Caetité, na sexta-feira (3), o Chefe de Gabinete do Senador da República Jaques Wagner (PT/BA), Lucas Araújo dos Reis, reafirmou sua pré-candidatura, lançada no último dia 9 de setembro, em Salvador, durante plenária estadual de uma das mais importantes correntes internas do Partido dos Trabalhadores – a CNB Renova (Construindo um Novo Brasil) – a deputado federal.
Com perfil jovem, articulado e presença marcante nos bastidores da política baiana, Lucas Reis tem ampliado sua atuação em municípios do interior do Estado, consolidando sua pré-candidatura a deputado federal. Apoiado pelo Senador da República Jaques Wagner (PT/BA), uma das principais lideranças políticas da Bahia, Lucas Reis tem se dedicado a ouvir lideranças locais, dialogar com a população e apresentar propostas voltadas à melhoria das condições de vida dos trabalhadores.
Entre as principais bandeiras defendidas por Lucas Reis, enfatizada durante a entrevista à Rádio Educadora Santana 100,7 FM de Caetité, está o fim da Escala de Trabalho 6×1, considerada por ele um obstáculo à saúde e ao bem-estar dos profissionais. O pré-candidato também tem reforçado o papel estratégico da agricultura familiar como vetor de desenvolvimento econômico e social, especialmente no Semiárido baiano.

Precisamos mobilizar as ruas e as redes para que o Congresso aprove uma nova jornada com pelo menos dois dias de descanso semanal”, afirmou.
O pré-candidato também celebrou a recente aprovação da isenção do Imposto de Renda para quem ganha até R$ 5 mil, classificando a medida como um avanço na justiça tributária. Segundo projeções do IBGE, mais de 90% dos trabalhadores com carteira assinada na Bahia serão beneficiados. O projeto segue agora para votação no Senado.
Agricultura familiar como motor de desenvolvimento
Outro ponto central da entrevista – e que tem sido uma das preocupações do petista em suas andanças pela Bahia – foi o papel da agricultura familiar no desenvolvimento econômico do Estado. Lucas Reis relembrou que, desde 2007, com o Governo de Jaques Wagner, os agricultores passaram a viver um novo ciclo de emancipação. “Hoje, plantar é também gerar renda, garantir educação de qualidade para os filhos, conquistar bens e viver com dignidade”, pontuou.
Ele também mencionou o lançamento do maior Plano Safra da história pelo Governo do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, com mais de R$ 516 bilhões destinados à agricultura empresarial, e destacou os investimentos contínuos do governador Jerônimo Rodrigues em cooperativas e infraestrutura rural.

Ao abordar o cenário político local e nacional, Lucas Reis demonstrou otimismo quanto à reeleição do governador Jerônimo Rodrigues e do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva em 2026. “Tenho certeza de que o povo reconhecerá os avanços desses três anos. Mas é fundamental elegermos representantes comprometidos com as causas populares. É por isso que sou pré-candidato a deputado federal, para seguir ao lado dos trabalhadores e trabalhadoras da Bahia”, concluiu.
