A Prefeitura Municipal de Brumado encaminhou à Câmara Municipal um Projeto de Lei que institui o programa “Espaço da Nossa Gente”, iniciativa que pretende regulamentar a utilização temporária de espaços públicos para atividades sociais, culturais, esportivas, educacionais, recreativas e comunitárias.
A proposta do Executivo Municipal busca criar critérios claros e Padronizados Para A Autorização De Uso De Praças, Parques, Ruas, Ginásios, Centros Culturais, Mercados Municipais, Escolas, Creches e outros equipamentos públicos. A medida, segundo o Governo Municipal, tem por objetivo garantir maior segurança jurídica tanto para a Administração quanto para cidadãos e Entidades que desejam promover eventos nesses locais.
Na mensagem enviada ao Legislativo Municipal, o prefeito Fabrício Abrantes Pires de Souza Oliveira (Avante) destacou que a ausência de regulamentação específica gera insegurança administrativa, conflitos de agenda e dificuldades de fiscalização. O Programa, afirma, permitirá organizar procedimentos, definir responsabilidades e assegurar a preservação do patrimônio público.
Democratização e inclusão
Entre os principais objetivos da proposta estão:

O Projeto encaminhado à Câmara Municipal estabelece normas que deverão ser observadas pelos responsáveis por eventos autorizados, como: conservação do patrimônio público; limpeza dos locais utilizados; destinação correta dos resíduos; garantia da segurança dos participantes, e cumprimento das normas ambientais e de acessibilidade.
A Administração Municipal avalia que o Programa deve ampliar o uso social dos equipamentos públicos, fortalecer os vínculos comunitários e estimular a ocupação positiva dos espaços urbanos.
O Projeto de Lei seguirá para análise dos vereadores da Câmara Municipal de Brumado e, caso seja aprovado, passará a regulamentar oficialmente os procedimentos de utilização dos espaços públicos por cidadãos, entidades e organizações interessadas em promover atividades de interesse coletivo.
