As mudanças entrarão em vigor a partir de 2026

A prefeitura de Vitória da Conquista de Vitória da Conquista publicou o Decreto nº 24.035/2025, que redefine as áreas de atuação dos Conselhos Tutelares locais, com vigência a partir de 1º de janeiro de 2026. O objetivo da reestruturação é equilibrar a demanda nos diferentes territórios, incorporando contribuições dos próprios Conselhos Tutelares e do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente (Comdica).

As áreas de atuação passarão a vigorar da seguinte forma:

Conselho Tutelar Zona 01: Bateias, Brasil, Ibirapuera, Nossa Senhora Aparecida, São Pedro e Zabelê.

Conselho Tutelar Zona 02: Alto Maron, Candeias, Centro, Cruzeiro, Guarani, Primavera e Universidade;- Conselho Tutelar Zona 03: Ayrton Senna, Boa Vista, Campinhos, Espírito Santo, Felícia, Jatobá, Jurema, Patagônia e Recreio.

Conselho Tutelar Zona Rural: Distrito Industrial, Lagoa das Flores, Loteamento Vila Simão e demais localidades da zona rural, incluindo distritos e subdistritos não contemplados pelas demais zonas.
