O projeto CidadaniAtiva, criado para buscar respostas para esses e outros questionamentos e visando fomentar o protagonismo juvenil, realiza em Salvador o seu segundo encontro, com inscrições gratuitas e aberto à participação de jovens universitários de todos os segmentos sociais interessados no tema.
O 2º Encontro do Projeto CidadaniAtiva é promovido pelo Tribunal de Contas do Estado da Bahia (TCE/BA) e será realizado no auditório da União dos Municípios da Bahia (UPB), que fica na 1ª Avenida do Centro Administrativo da Bahia, a partir das 9h30. Idealizado pelo Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Tocantins (TCE/TO), o projeto se apresenta num formato de talk show e, nesta segunda edição, os participantes vão conversar com a ex-vendedora de flores e moradora da periferia de São Paulo, formada em Harvard, Tábata Amaral, que esteve entre os jovens que se reuniram com o ex-presidente dos Estados Unidos, Barack Obama. Além da oportunidade de bater um papo com o mestre em políticas públicas pela Universidade Harvard, José Frederico de Lyra, coordenador nacional do movimento Acredito.
A mentora do CidadaniAtiva, Doris de Miranda Coutinho, que é conselheira do TCE/TO, doutoranda em Direito Constitucional na Universidade de Buenos Aires, também integra a programação do evento. Ela acredita ser um grande erro imaginar que políticas públicas voltadas à juventude, refletem apenas nela, quando os jovens acessam praticamente todos os serviços públicos e são diretamente afetados pelas suas ações e omissões.
