Com a proximidade da temporada de entrega do Imposto de Renda 2025, a Receita Federal alerta para a reedição de um golpe já aplicado anteriormente, que utiliza seu nome e identidade visual para enganar os cidadãos. O nome da Receita Federal está em evidência na imprensa, nas redes sociais e nos grupos de mensagens, e criminosos se aproveitam dessa visibilidade para aplicar golpes que, mesmo já conhecidos, podem fazer novas vítimas.
Criminosos estão novamente enviando cartas fraudulentas intituladas ” Intimação para regularização de dados cadastrais “, com o logotipo da Receita Federal, induzindo o destinatário a acessar um site falso.
Como funciona o golpe?
Os golpistas utilizam correspondências físicas, enviadas pelos Correios, que simulam uma comunicação oficial da Receita Federal. Essas cartas contêm instruções para que o contribuinte acesse um endereço eletrônico que não pertence à Receita, com o objetivo de obter dados fiscais e bancários das vítimas.
Como se proteger?
- Desconfie de qualquer correspondência que solicite acesso a sites desconhecidos para regularização de dados.
- Nunca forneça informações pessoais ou bancárias fora dos canais oficiais da Receita Federal.
- Para consultas, regularizações e alterações cadastrais, utilize exclusivamente o site oficial da Receita Federal: www.gov.br/receitafederal.
- O atendimento está disponível por meio do e-CAC.
- Se tiver dúvidas quanto ao seu cadastro na Receita Federal, acesse: www.gov.br/receitafederal/pt-br/assuntos/meu-cpf e faça a consulta no site oficial de forma segura antes de qualquer outra ação.
Se você receber uma carta com esse teor, ignore a intimação e não acesse o endereço indicado.
Se suspeitar de tentativa de golpe, denuncie à Receita Federal e às autoridades competentes. No caso de sofrer essa tentativa de fraude, o cidadão deve procurar a Delegacia de Polícia Civil Especializada para fazer a denúncia.
